I recently purchased an RV brake system from Phoenix. They did an excellent job with the installation. Work was completed as agreed to. The finished job was clean and ready to go. Ken had made the recommendation for an RVi product since I had problems with another brand. After a few days, I was preparing for an extended trip and the product failed to work properly. BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Andersen WD hitch and a three component camera system from Phoenix at 2pm on 3/14/25. I called back two hours later to cancel the camera system. I was informed that it had "already shipped" and there would be a restocking fee. I immediately canceled the whole order. I discovered that Phoenix was charging me a $79 "shipping fee"and I learned that there was no shipping fee if the order was over $500. That was on the Hitch.
