This is an awesome place to deal with. We went to several spa locations throughout the valley, won’t mention names, but it felt like I was on a used car lot. Some people knew their product others didn’t. Working with Tyler was a blessing very upfront, honest, no pressure no callbacks, wondering if you’re going to buy from them. It was a great experience. Awesome place to buy a hot tub or swim spa. Amazing selection and the salesmen are some of best I’ve seen. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely the place to go!
Initially our experience was wonderful. Once the sale was made and paid for the customer service dropped significantly. Our needs were no longer a priority. Spa has been installed and chiller was supposed to be installed and were are still waiting after many promises and delays . Today was canceled last minute and postponed over a week . Spa place blames installer and says they are not connected . They suggested landscaper and electrician.
