Great experience I went to the Phoenix House to look at a place for my mom and wasn't expecting much. I was wrong. Nice building that has a common area with tv, leather couches, computers. There was a laundry and elevator. They have a manger that is a guy now, Mike or Mark, that was really friendly and helpful. You have to think this is a building with older and disabled people so it is a different atmosphere. When mom is ready to move into her own place that is where she wants to go.
