Had a consultation appointment on 7/30 for injections for my migraines. Scheduled an appointment for 8/20 to give them time to get the medication in. It's 8/22 and they have not sent the prescription to my pharmacy yet despite my repeated calls. The practice manager was supposed to call me 8/19 and every time I call the tell me she will call me back but has not. While the providers I’ve seen have been okay and educational, this place overbooks every day and I have had numerous days wait times of over 2 hours to be seen. I would advise caution when making an appointment. It would appear they do not value your time, only your or your insurance companies’ money.
Ms. Darnette and Ms. Myisha, the ladies at the front desk are amazing! I'm always welcomed with a warm smile and hello. They ask me how I'm doing and are always very polite and helpful. These two ladies do not receive enough credit for the hard work that they do, and the difficult patients they deal with. I've witnessed both ladies deal with some very rude patients, and they still remain polite. I had to stop by the office last week to pick something up, it was about 4:30pm. This place is definitely busy but the office staff in front are amazing. So have patience with the line. It definitely moves fast if you do the check in on the phone. Now for the physician I saw who was Timothy Yoon he was outstanding!! I haven’t seen someone in years who actually enjoys their job. I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to expect getting a EMG test done. He made me feel very comfortable. Great conversation and he had me laughing majority of the time.
I was fortunate to be referred to Chris and team for PT after a two-level lumbar back fusion. I like to learn and challenge myself, and Chris explained what the course of treatment would be and why - even printing out treatment course documents so I had an idea where I needed my performance to be. Between the treatments, such as cupping and Thera-gun, and the functional exercises from stretching and positional movements, my recovery was comprehensive, efficient, and most valuable in getting me back to where I wanted to be. ... read more
