Quick and Easy very intuitive and user friendly way to make an emergency appt‼ Friendly and professional staff. Thourough, accommodating and proficient healers. Whether you're one or one thousand miles from home-here is where your needs will be met!!! Both nurse Amy Hicks and Dr Ryan McNabb were welcoming, informative and Outstanding Healthcare providers. No longstanding wait time, and quick to serve my urgent need. This 40 year hospital healthcare worker remains very favorably impressed‼.

Everytime I feel sick or have any Heath issues I always come here!! They treat me respectfully and the doctors are very friendly and genuinely concerned for me and want to help me every time I come in!!! I went in today for an ear infection and didn't have to wait very long to see the doctor and I got antibiotics and a ear drops prescription to help it go away,I'm already home and relaxing and have took my medicine and put in ear drops and I'm already starting to feel a little better. I can't believe this location has never been reviewed. I don't come here often but it is very convenient when you live in the area. The facility is clean and the workers are always nice. It's usually not crowded later in the afternoon. I recommend this place if you need to be seen quickly and are on a budget.

Told me they would be able to drain an abscess, when I actually got to the doctor she said she doesn't feel comfortable doing that. Wont refund me 60$ copay, called office multiple times and now no one answers me after I asked about getting a refund. Had to go to a different walk in clinic to get that done. Dont go here, they'll waste your time and lie about what they can or can't do. I took my sister to Physician's Care on Highway 58 in Chattanooga on June 23, 2019 for a possible UTI. When we got there, she completed new insurance forms since it had been over a year since her last visit. I noticed one of the new forms stated she would have to put a credit card on file, and in the event her insurance did not pay, she would be charged up to $300 on that card. I have been there twice in past two weeks and still have the same symptoms I went in for the first time. I told them I had just recovered from C-diff and they still prescribed me a medication that the company who makes the medication put a clear warning not to prescribe to patients who have recently had c-diff. I have been back to at least try and get them to change my medication and an x-ray. They only thing they did was provide an x-ray. I will be looking into hiring an attorney and contacting the state. I was billed for services because they wasn't competent enough to file on my HSA correctly.... even though the same location had previously used my HSA. I paid for the service and was advised it would be refunded once my HSA paid. Silly me assumed this would be handled in a reasonable timeframe. HSA has long since paid for my visit and I'm now being advised it may take 90 days to refund my money. In 2017 that is unacceptable and very poor customer service.
