I have been going to the Physicians Care Walk in Clinic in Dayton for 15 years and have always been treated with kindness and care. The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctors and nurses have been excellent. I go to my primary and specialists for regular appointments but whenever I need great care for when I am sick this is the place for me. REK
We came here for treatment. The staff was friendly and efficient. The staff correctly diagnosed my problem and gave me the correct treatment. We came here early on Saturday so the wait time to see a physician assistant was 15 minutes. This urgent care is located on a corner and there is a private parking lot in front of the building. They do take insurance.
Terrible experience. I went in for a double ear infection and the main reason for going in was major pain in my teeth, cheek, eye, and temple area on Friday December 26th. The female doctor didn't even ask questions or check what was going on with my face . She came in the room and said she called in antibiotics and pretty much tried walking away . DO NOT come here for a COVID test. What should have been a free test cost $120, and it was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone to get the results. I finally walked in and they had the results, but that shouldn't have been necessary.
Don't waste your time. I've tried to get two simple things done -- a covid test and a script renewal. No one knows any information, including any costs (a Covid test) besides what an office visit costs ($120) and their website allows you to schedule outside of their operating hours (this is the only way to make an appointment rn) so you will have to end up rescheduling if you choose the wrong time. Don't waste your time. We've used the Physicians Care in Dayton a lot in the past, but we're not returning. You HAVE to figure out how to register everything on your phone. (Assistance was required at least 5 times.) Phone sends a text saying we have an appointment for 8:52. Called earlier in the week to ask what day would be better to get blood work drawn.
