These scammers charged my cc 12 months after our visit. I never received a bill in the mail. Then, 2 years after our visit, I get another bill for over $500. My insurance stated the total bill didn't even exceed this amount. Something is not right. DO NOT GO THERE.
This place took $300 from my credit card 6 months after I received "care" from here. DO NOT give them your card information! On top of that, they did not even attempt to give me an accurate diagnosis. I came in with a sore throat and was already being treated for strep via an online doctor, but it wasn't working. The doctor at this urgent care said "oh they just gave you the wrong antibiotics, you definitely have strep", DID NOT GIVE ME A STREP TEST, and sent me on my way with more antibiotics. I've been to this location 5 or so times and the wait is always 1+ hours to be seen regardless of time of day or what you're being seen for.
I was told that they were in my insurance network, but it was a lie. I was later billed an additional $44.45 for my visit. This is such an unethical practice, if not downright illegal.
It cost $350 (after insurance) for them to look at my husband (just look no medical care) and tell me to take him to E.R. It was a waste of time and money. It only costs $200 for us to go to E.R and see real doctors. Beware! They are scam artists as far as I'm concerned!
