This is the best place ever. Very pleasant nurses, staff up front. Very clean. To bad Dr. Pudubusky is retiring. He is a very fabulous surgeon. Everyone is going to miss him. And I have only had 1 surgery done by him but he was amazing. I wish him the best on his retirement and what ever he decides to.
My surgeon and his team at the hospital were great. It is so reassuring that I can call the nurses station for the floor I was on for questions even after discharge. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is that I had pretty bad GI upset post op so had to stay until I was able to eat. Dr Akhtar is the best!
My wife had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Nassif and Dan Nichols . They explained everything and answered all of our questions. Shelby was always ready to help with anything questions too. Keep up the great work you guys do.S Nolan
Dr Nassif and staff were all very friendly and answered my questions promptly. They worked hard to get me in as quickly as possible as I already had to wait 4 months due to having a cortisone shot which didn't help, then I had shingles had to cancel surgery for 3 more weeks. I feel much better now and very soon will be scheduling knee replacement surgery.
I had a fall on a sidewalk on a Sunday, the day before my total knee surgery early Monday morning. I didn't know if I was still able to have the surgery and wasn't sure what to do or if my fall injuries would affect my surgery that was scheduled early the next morning. I called PCI and spoke to the on call doctor on Oct 5th who was very helpful and explained the xray that showed a fracture from the fall and we discussed my numerous contusions and pain.
