We’ve experienced PCI for at least four separate injuries for my children over the years and have always been happy. Three broken arms/wrists for my children have always been treated well. Front desk and nursing staff are efficient, friendly and caring. No issues at all. Over the last year we have been dealing with an ACL tear and surgery. I am satisfied with the care I received at PCI from Dr. Demik. He is efficient, has a good bedside manner and cares about his parients. Surgery went well, recovery is going slowly. I do not feel that I was adequately prepared mentally for the postop phase. Perhaps a joint replacement class would have been helpful in preparing me for what to expect postoperatively. Dr Barber said he get rid of the bad pain and he did! He and All the staff were fantastic. Everyone was professional and understanding of the situation. I would refer anyone with back issues to these folks. The scar is very minimal and the healing is going just as he said.
I'm a young busy mom of 3 who recently tore an ACL that needed repair. I can't say enough in one post of how well I was cared for by Dr. John Hart, Kyle PA and their whole team at PCI. Shout out also to Linn County Anesthesia, all the nurses, front desk staff, scheduler as well as medicine is a team sport! Surgery is no joke, but they made it as easy and painless as possible. This is the best place ever. Very pleasant nurses, staff up front. Very clean. To bad Dr. Pudubusky is retiring. He is a very fabulous surgeon. Everyone is going to miss him. And I have only had 1 surgery done by him but he was amazing. I wish him the best on his retirement and what ever he decides to.
