We love PCI Pediatrics, and have trusted them to care for our baby since birth. He just had his six month checkup, and our son is all smiles during his visits. Roughly around 4 and 1/2 or 5 months our son’s daycare called and said they felt he should be seen as soon as possible by a doctor because he seemed to have more than a cold. It was already midafternoon but I called PCI and asked if it was possible he could still be seen that day. Dr. Halverson is my kids’ primary and she’s the best. She always has great insights and is really good with my kids. We have also seen Dr. Shire when Dr. Halverson isn’t in, and we trust her just as much and highly recommend both!
It is always a pleasure coming into the office to see Dr. Shire for my Kid's appointments. I feel that mine and my children's concerns are heard, and addressed. Dr Shire takes great care of my kids during the appointments. Even the rest of the nursing and reception staff at PCI are kind, and helpful, and informative.
I couldn’t recommend this practice and Dr Shire more! Everyone at the practice has made my children feel safe and at ease! Dr Shire always takes the time to listen to any concerns and questions. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in so many way!
Dr Shire is attentive and thorough when doing an exam. She’s great when asking the kids questions, and puts them at ease when they are nervous. We’ve been seeing her for many years, and she has helped us through numerous issues and illnesses. Both of my kids like her, and trust her enough to speak openly about things that concern them. The front office staff are polite and professional, and the nurses speak to the kids and explain what they are doing before they begin.
