Appointment was scheduled day of.. the process of checking in, check out & after care was easy and quick! I appreciate everybody at this location from front desk to the assistants and NP. Location is clean. You guys were great and even received a call back regarding my appointment after care. Thank you.
The facility was clean, and registration was easy. However, I was concerned about how patients are swabbed and triaged. They didn’t ask basic medical questions like my height or whether I had a period. What if I had been pregnant and needed medication I shouldn’t take? I was tested for COVID and the flu and received negative results, but something didn’t sit right with me. I went to a different urgent care the next morning and tested positive for COVID.
The NP that took care of me was great The reason for 3 stars is the guy who works in the front. I was prescribed antibiotics and they never got sent to the pharmacy. I called over 3 times throughout the day to get an update and the male on the phone continued to say he would did and I asked him if he can resubmit it to the doctor and he never did. I visited the clinic yesterday, paying out of pocket. Upon arrival, I was informed that the clinic was only conducting telehealth visits. Despite not waiting in a physical line, my overall appointment process took approximately 2 hours. The healthcare provider, Dr. Bethany Sly ordered a rapid strep and mono test, both of which came back negative. Appointment was made that same day which was a big plus!! 👌🏼 ❤️ Loved it!❤️ Only thing about our visit was that the front desk young lady wasn’t too welcoming with her not to warming welcome.. Maybe a talk with front desk young lady that she has to be more professional and welcoming with a strong greeting and a smile here and there not looking like she was so miserable at her job.
