The facility was clean, and registration was easy. However, I was concerned about how patients are swabbed and triaged. They didn’t ask basic medical questions like my height or whether I had a period. What if I had been pregnant and needed medication I shouldn’t take? I was tested for COVID and the flu and received negative results, but something didn’t sit right with me. I went to a different urgent care the next morning and tested positive for COVID.
I went in because my son has high fever and didn’t want to drive far to the Immediate Care we usually go to and wanted to give this place a chance.The guy in the front desk asked for ins card and ID I explained why I didn’t have it and apparently they couldn’t look his insurance up, having experience in working in an immediate we definitely have ways of verifying insurance. Appointment was scheduled day of.. the process of checking in, check out & after care was easy and quick! I appreciate everybody at this location from front desk to the assistants and NP. Location is clean. You guys were great and even received a call back regarding my appointment after care. Thank you.
I visited the clinic yesterday, paying out of pocket. Upon arrival, I was informed that the clinic was only conducting telehealth visits. Despite not waiting in a physical line, my overall appointment process took approximately 2 hours. The healthcare provider, Dr. Bethany Sly ordered a rapid strep and mono test, both of which came back negative. Front desk nurse and doctor were very cordial, hospitable and caring. The doctor showed concern and was thorough in explaining after care and treatment. Though I felt uneasy with the XRay tech. She was cold and uncaring😢
