First time here and I came in to ask for a wheelchair and they issued me one for my mom. So I took it out and my sister and I put mom in it. The office experience was great! They helped us quickly This urgent care is clean, nice and soothing. The care here is great. Adriana F (clinical field trainer) did a great job helping us and my mom.

I hope this helps someone thinking about going here. 3 hours worth of waiting... just to be seen 15 mins total combined. Not immediate care at all. Physicians assistants were very nice and seemed knowledgeable and like they've actually have interacted with another human being. But when it came to the actual physician, the experience was terrible. He came in asked me a couple of questions and walked out, saying he had to go over the results, didn't come back for an hour. The office experience with Kirstin is the worst. I would not recommend him work with any patient in the future. He is very rude and simply doesn't have the proper work ethic or training in this field. He is very disrespectful and rude. I would give a zero rating. I didn't want to even be seen by the doctors due to the fact that Kirstin at the receptionist desk was clueless of his missions at his job. I see why this place has 1 star and they will continue to have 1 star moving forward.

This place was great a year ago. No idea what is going on there now. Seems to be a completely different office. I went in about a month ago. They charged my credit card last week out of the blue, weeks after an office visit after insurance processing and determining my portion and because they just happened to have my card info on file from a previous visit, without warning or agreement from me. I came to Physicians Immediate Care at 8AM. They opened the doors about five mins late. When I went to the counter to check in, I let them know that I was having neck pain from a car accident that occurred the night before. I was told that for car accidents, I couldn't use my insurance and had to pay $160 out of pocket. I put my name in to be seen and was told it would be 1 hour and 45 minute wait...even though they just opened and I was the first person at the counter. I have received quality care here in the past when my doctor's office has been closed, but my experience today was appalling. It's not the physicians or nursing staff; this is a serious administrative problem. I made my appointment online and arrived early. If I could give you 0 I would. The most illogical place of business I have ever encountered! They have walk ins but they don't care about time or how they run it. They should definitely separate drug test & emergencies cause I been waiting an hour holding my. Piss just for a drug test and they won't take two min so they can screen me for it !
