I was pleased with Physicians Immediate care. The Dr.and nurse kept appollogizing for wait time, I will take their wait time 😊 Was very reasonable for walk-in. Jade (ANP) and Faith were fantastic 👏. Dr. Jade was so thorough, She explained every medication and reason for my symptoms. Faith was so kind, taking information for the Dr. and checking on me until Dr. was done with other patients. Will definitely use this walk-in again when needed.
This was in Dixon IL. The np was good and knew her stuff. My beef is with the billing and submitting to the proper insurance company. We are on Medicare. That was submitted fine except for the knee brace they gave me. They won’t submit it to Medicare even though Medicare covers it. The price they charged me was $175. I can get one locally for around $20. And the remainder of the bill after Medicare paid for the visit is still outstanding. I had an amazing experience at physicians immediate care! Everything from help at the front desk, Kara Rehmert checking me before the doctor, and Michelle Hahn really taking care of me and helping me. All are extremely kind and friendly as well. Overall a wonderful experience with this team.
I appreciate that you were there when I needed you most and I did not have to go through an emergency room with all the waiting, paperwork, and expense! I have used Physicians Immediate Care for everything from my routine Boy Scout Adult Physical to minor infections to unknown illnesses, and you have always come through for me! I would absolutely recommend Physicians Immediate Care to anyone who needs to see someone quickly for nonlife threatening medical issues!
I reserved my children a spot in line prior to walking in, yet when we arrived was told we needed to wait until others were served as there wasn’t a record of us. Later the receptionist found the record yet said I rather than their system had put in an incorrect name. Finally once seen it took 2 hours and then was told the test would be $400 as we weren’t going through insurance.
