Had to visit the clinic for a nasty finger laceration. PA and staff were very nice and did great work. I called first to make sure there wasn't a lint wait (due to severity of injury) of course treatment takes time but was roomed in just minutes.
I went for COVID test. The clinic was very busy and I had to wait, which is understandable during this time. The staff did a great job communicating throughout the process. I will use them again.

I had a very positive experience with Immediate Physcians Care. The Receptionist was very people friendly, and my wait time was very tolerable. I did not feel like I was forgotten. I was sent here for an annual physical for bus drivers and was unfamiliar with the facility. I was very impressed how quick they got me in and out and how nice everyone is. I very much recommend the Machesney Park immediate care.
We visited this clinic last night and received terrible service. First, patients are now required to complete the check in process online by providing pictures of the front and back of their drivers' license and insurance card. How is that faster than having the receptionist run these items through a scanner? NEVER AGAIN..... $282.00 billed for an ear infection... Saw the Dr. and told her what the issue was... She looked an agreed... Maybe 4 minutes with her... What a rip off!!
