i had my work physical done here and i LOVED both the nurse and the physician assistant that helped me! super friendly and nice! id totally recommend them both! they were both efficient and knowledgeable and i was in and on my way b4 i knew it! not to mention while i was waiting my turn i ordered a pizza from napoli’s, i mean they r right next door 😂
Had a mishap at work. Cut my finger and was needing stitches. Went to Physicians immediate care and the front desk saw I was bleeding. Even though they were busy they were able to get me right in. The nurse was wonderful. Kind, sympathetic and made sure I was doing good. The Doctor was just as good!! Very nice, pleasing and sympathetic to my needs. I ended up haveing 4 stitches in my finger. Best care from all 3 persons there I've ever had!! Thanks again!!
My son needed a 6th grade physical and was sent home from school I called and made him an appointment the same day at riverside 10:30 we arrived early to find out there wasn’t a physician on site so I instantly called machesney and it was scheduled at 11:40. I arrived early and registered online he was seen and we were leaving before the first initial appointment. Nobody showed up to work, here at 8AM with 2 other patients and doors are locked, no cars in the parking lot, no sign on the door and one patient scheduled this appointment earlier this week. 8:20am and still nobody here so on my way to MercyHealth urgent care.
My husband sliced his knee with a razor knife and needed 4 stitches. All the staff from the receptionist, MA and PA did a great job at putting him at ease. We received fast, compassionate care.
