I had a very great experience at physician Immediate Care in Rockford. From the front desk young lady who registered me to the nurse and doctor who that did my complete physical and drug test where are so very kind and care and respectful. Am very clean environment. I would definitely coming back and recommend anyone to come here. Thank you staff for being so caring and sweet
We came in with our daughter, who had cut her fingers pretty bad at work. The front desk girl was super nice and filled out all the forms for us herself and got her right back to a room. The nurse was very attentive and cleaned the cuts with the upmost care Making sure she was not hurting our daughter. Everyone was super nice and we appreciate everything they did!
Dear everyone. I hate needles. The thought of getting poked makes my hands sweat and my head begins to pound! (Blood pressure spike I'm so sure) but my friends for life that I just made 48 hours ago, totally put me at ease. The employee's I encountered were super nice and professional. I had a very pleasant experience at this walk in facility. I had an eye infection and the girl at the counter dimmelo the lights in the waiting area for me and assisted me with the online registration as my sights was compromised The P.A. was very nice and thorough
As I just recently moved to Machesney Park from Marion Illinois this was my 1st visit to physicians walk in clinic & they done a wonderful job from start to finish. Ty all for treating me as a person & not a numbe or a paycheck. I myself work with the public & am huge on customer service. Will definitely use again if I need to .
