Terrible experience here multiple times. They used a broken tongue depressor (popsicle stick) to shove into a finger to express an abscess. That is not only extremely unsanitary and unsafe as wood splinters could get left behind, but also was extremely painful for the patient. They rushed everything so they could close, even though they were open for another 40 minutes. They did not provide much information or help, and simply were rude and unethical. I have been in twice in the last three days as scheduled and the staff there is great. The ability to make a appointment is very good and have not been there longer than an hour start to finish. I will always go here if I am in need.
I got great care here - everyone from the receptionist to the person who took my vitals to the care provider was wonderful. I was in a lot of pain when I got there. Got a diagnosis, the treatment I needed, and was on my way. Made a follow up call three days later and got a quick response with a change in treatment. This would be a five star review if not for the really annoying and clunky phone-bot I had to get through to get an appointment scheduled.
They were very prompt and helpful, from the moment I walked in without an appointment to the end. The nurse and doctor were awesome, making me feel comfortable and listening to what I had to say.
Saw Dr. John Cook for something that has caused me a lot of anxiety. He was so patient and gentle with the treatment and got me feeling much better in no time! He and the nursing staff are tremendous and sensitive to your needs. This is the best urgent care I’ve been to after having been to several different ones across different states over the years. You’re in good hands here.
