I made an appt yesterday to be seen for chronic chest pain, difficulty breathing, and gnarly body aches at this horrendous quack clinic. I want to start off by saying this place is very unprofessional, the NP (Nurse Practitioner) Jon who is not a Dr might I add. Kept hinting that I have a common cold, also kept hinting at that I was making up my symptoms. He then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to be tested for Covid or the Flu. My husband and I both scheduled appointments yesterday. We were able to get in earlier!!! Front desk person, med asst, and PA were kind, patient, and helpful. They took their time with us: PA explaining diagnosis, treatment, and condition whether we were contagious or not. The PA even called me when I had problems at the first pharmacy! Matter was taken care of within minutes! We will definitely return! Far superior to any other immediate care center even other Physicians Immediate care facilities! Wonderful staff, I wish all my medical visits left me with a smile. That’s saying a lot. The doctor that I was with was extremely thorough and had a great sense of humor. I am a vet and probably will not go there again but it would be #1 on my list.
This review is for the Freeport, IL. Office. Date of visit 12/3/25 @ 4:30 PM.-I was having a severe asthma flare, I had been to work that day and could barely walk down the hall without wheezing and using accessory muscles to breathe. I was with my best friend with whom i rode to work with yesterday and she said i needed to go Urgent Care, after work, b4 going home. Terrible experience here multiple times. They used a broken tongue depressor (popsicle stick) to shove into a finger to express an abscess. That is not only extremely unsanitary and unsafe as wood splinters could get left behind, but also was extremely painful for the patient. They rushed everything so they could close, even though they were open for another 40 minutes. They did not provide much information or help, and simply were rude and unethical.
