I had a great experience at this physicians, immediate care office. Service was quick, I was seen and was able to leave within 30 minutes after completing registration online. The staff was very respectful and took my concerns seriously. If anyone had urgent medical concerns that they needed to be seen for, I would fully recommend this location.
Outstanding experience. From the receptionist very friendly and efficient. To the PA Nick he explained everything and was caring respectful and very knowledgeable. The nurse also did a great job. Three stitches and we were in and out in less than one hour. I highly recommend!!
I arrived without an appointment, and was greeted pleasantly. After I completed the paperwork, I was seen quickly. The doctor and nurse were both pleasant, kind, thorough and efficient. The doctor took time to do a thorough examination, explain the diagnosis, treatment and follow up, checking to be certain I understood. I would definitely go again.
I was having an asthma attack from an upper respiratory infection and went into this Urgent care. I was seen by PA John Cook who was so incredibly on top of things I went from feeling like I was gonna die wheezing (not knowing I was having an attack) to breathing and thanking my lucky stars. I was in and out in an hour and given some of the best emergent care I have ever received. Thank you to John and the wonderful nurse Trinity who was calming and caring. I could not recommend them more!
We've gone to Physicians Immediate Care numerous times now and they're always kind and professional. We don't have insurance and the cash prices are affordable. This last time my daughter got stitches from falling off her bike, John Cook was the guy we saw (and normally see) and he was patient with her throughout the process. She's younger so the aspect of getting poked (numbing) and then also getting sown up scared her, but he helped me keep her talking and distracted while he went to work.
