I got great care here - everyone from the receptionist to the person who took my vitals to the care provider was wonderful. I was in a lot of pain when I got there. Got a diagnosis, the treatment I needed, and was on my way. Made a follow up call three days later and got a quick response with a change in treatment. This would be a five star review if not for the really annoying and clunky phone-bot I had to get through to get an appointment scheduled.
Terrible experience here multiple times. They used a broken tongue depressor (popsicle stick) to shove into a finger to express an abscess. That is not only extremely unsanitary and unsafe as wood splinters could get left behind, but also was extremely painful for the patient. They rushed everything so they could close, even though they were open for another 40 minutes. They did not provide much information or help, and simply were rude and unethical. Saw Dr. John Cook for something that has caused me a lot of anxiety. He was so patient and gentle with the treatment and got me feeling much better in no time! He and the nursing staff are tremendous and sensitive to your needs. This is the best urgent care I’ve been to after having been to several different ones across different states over the years. You’re in good hands here.
We haven’t lived in the area long enough to establish our own doctors and I was hesitant to use an urgent care. I was so pleasantly impressed with all aspects of this facility. From being able to make a same day appt. on line which made it so simple, to the immaculate large waiting area, professional friendly staff and doctor who took his time listening and was very kind. In spite of the A/C very cold in clinic, the staff told me why. So I understood they had no way to control temperature. In spite of a 2 hour wait the staff apologized, in that situation a person was in need of care before others...Totally understandable. No apologies needed but I appreciated it. The staff was very professional and kind, even offered me water and a snack. I have never been offered food and water from other office visits with different hospitals. So mine conclusion is, things happen that we cannot control.... read more
