Odd to say, but my wife and I originally went to another urgent care and ended up changing our minds and coming to the new one at the top of Sienna. From the moment the lady at the front answered the phone and encouraged us to come in, to the nurse, doctor, and radiology tech, every single person was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free — something I never thought I’d say about an urgent care. Truly a great experience from start to finish.

I brought my son here for an ankle injury and all the staff from entering the building with Leticia to the doctor chigbu and the nurse Tammy was excellent and I can’t forget to include the radiologist tech Waldo they were all were very accommodating. Everyone was very nice and seemed excited about their new facility and they explained his injury thoroughly. This is the best and newest treatment facility in the area so it is very clean. I would recommend coming here to anyone!

We had a great experience with Dr. Arshad and Nurse Alejandro. They took us in immediately and provided excellent care for my son, who needed stitches on his leg. Both were very attentive, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire visit. They explained everything in detail and kept us informed every step of the way, which really helped put us at ease. We truly appreciate the care and attention they gave us and would highly recommend them to anyone needing urgent care service!
