The team at Premier was absolutely amazing! Dr. Ndum,Nurses Brook and Casey, Rad Tech Stacie, ER Tech Jolene, and Patient Service Rep Christi all provided outstanding care. Everyone was cheerful, compassionate, and truly made me feel like family. The service was incredibly fast—I was seen in less than 7 minutes. It was one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness!

My visit Friday morning 9/19/25 exceeded every expectation! I feel like every time I go there, the care gets better! The doctor and my nurses were 11/10! They took the best care of me and actually cared! Got me fixed up and out of there in no time! I recommend them to everyone! I appreciate this establishment in all aspects! They’re the very best! The ones in my picture I’ve attached are exceptional!

Over the past two years I've had to personally visit Physicians Premier either for myself or a family member. Each time we have used your emergency room it has always been a very positive experience. The entire staff has always been professional, knowledgeable and caring. On 02/08/2026 I was suffering from severe abdominal pain. When I arrived, Raquel who was sitting at the front desk. All the staff was courteous and welcoming and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect and exceptional care. Special shout out to Brooke, she connected with me on a personal level and made me feel like I could handle anything that came my way, with my car keys in hand of course! 🙂
