After an excruciating 6 hour day passing Kidney Stones, from one stat care facility to two different emergency rooms, only to end up where I should have gone first. The Facitly, Staff and Care was exceptional all the way around. They were able to perfom a CT scan immediatly, and results in record time. Blood work necessary and we knew exactly what we were dealing with. The Staff were compassionite, caring, kind and knowledgable. I would highly recommend.

Jaqueline is amazing! We’ve been coming to this clinic for years and we have always been taken well taken care of. There was a recent visit where I did not feel it was up to their usual standards etc. but I voiced this and Jaqueline called and really took customer service to the next level and showed they truly care about their patients! Went in to treat an allergic reaction to a medication. I was treaded promptly and efficiently. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely go back as needed. Jackie is the best! Thank you very much!

This was my second time in with my son, and from the start with the receptionist , nurses to our NP was a great experience. Very fast in and out. Susan did such a fantastic job on my son’s stitches mostly the way she spoke and uplifted him was amazing. Truly appreciate the hard work and the care she gave my son, as well as the whole team. Always kind.

Premier ER has always been great to help myself and my husband. They are a one stop shop for getting help, labs, grays and CT scans to get to issue without having to go to multiple places. The beds could be wider and more comfortable but usually in and out in less than 3 hrs unlike others places.
