My daughter was seen on the night of July 22 after coming down with a stomach bug, and we arrived at the emergency department around 9:00 PM. I came here Saturday morning (7/4) when I wasn’t feeling well and did not want to go to the hospital ER. I stumbled across Physicians Premier via a quick google search and boy am I happy I came across this gem of an ER!!! Everyone is so sweet and took excellent care of me! They were quick, kind, knowledgeable and explained everything. I received a follow up call from the doctor on shift and even received a get well soon card in the mail! What a sweet personal touch!!!! I had an excellent experience at Physicians Premier ER in Katy, TX. I came in with severe lower back pain, and from the moment I arrived, the entire team treated me with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. They thoroughly evaluated my condition, ran all the necessary tests, including a CT scan, and quickly discovered that I had a kidney infection. I am so grateful I decided to come in when I did. An excellent, clean facility. I brought my daughter in at 1:00 AM; the nurse who attended to us was very kind, and the doctor explained everything in detail and was very patient—even though it turned out to be just congestion she had been dealing with for two days. In the end, they ran a test and found she had a virus. The nurse brought her the medication along with a little juice so the medicine wouldn't taste bad—a truly kind gesture. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Physicians Premier Cinco Ranch! I brought my daughter in after her industrial piercing, which she had gotten just 4 days earlier, started bleeding and wouldn’t stop.
