Amazing customer service. Super clean area and really knowledgeable nurse and doctor. I will come to this place anytime I need because is really clean and reasonable prices.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Yu and the entire medical team for the compassionate and professional care I received during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe, heard, and well taken care of during what was a very stressful and emotional situation for me. We have had to go here twice, and everytime it has been nothing but excellence. From an extremely clean and well run facility, to kindness all around. The front desk staff, the nurses, the doctors, the billing department. Everyone was so kind, listened, patient, and compassionate. We even got cards in the mail checking in on our kids, handwritten cards! I had a great experience at this location. All of the staff were attentive and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Kelly, the PSR, was fast and friendly during check-in. Alejandro, RN, was incredible and very professional. Fran, RAD, was also very friendly and attentive — she has such a great personality and made the experience much easier. I had to take off work and bring my wife to get checked and needed an urgent CT scan as ordered from a doctor previously. Memorial Herman wasn’t able to take care of us and didn’t see the issue as severe but upon coming to Physicians Premier we had the most amazing service in healthcare. Staff was super nice, comforting and willing to uncover any issues that we had. Very professional as far as communication and understanding my wife’s concerns.
