I had an excellent experience at Physicians Premier ER in Katy, TX. I came in with severe lower back pain, and from the moment I arrived, the entire team treated me with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. They thoroughly evaluated my condition, ran all the necessary tests, including a CT scan, and quickly discovered that I had a kidney infection. I am so grateful I decided to come in when I did. My daughter was seen on the night of July 22 after coming down with a stomach bug, and we arrived at the emergency department around 9:00 PM. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. I came here Saturday morning (7/4) when I wasn’t feeling well and did not want to go to the hospital ER. I stumbled across Physicians Premier via a quick google search and boy am I happy I came across this gem of an ER!!! Everyone is so sweet and took excellent care of me! We had a great experience at the emergency room. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and professional, and they truly made my mom feel safe and cared for during a stressful time. A special thank you to Matthew, Sam, and Rebecca for being so attentive, compassionate, and patient throughout the visit.
