Excellent, warm and fuzzy and totally keyed into the patient's needs. They adjust accordingly. Dr. Wolfinger is excellent, he was super informative and patient with me when I was making the decision to move forward on my dental needs. He continues to be that way two years later. I would highly recommend him and the entire staff!
I've been going to PI Dental (Dr. Wolfinger) for about four years. He restored two teeth, one hemisected. I've since been seeing PI for regular dental work. Everyone there--Andrea, Chris, Daryl, Dolly, Julia, Kelly, Maryellen, and Tina--is nice and seem to really care about me. On a few minor visits to check the health of my teeth, Dr. Wolfinger was kind enough to waive charges. I feel fortunate to have such a skilled and humane doctor and staff to rely upon.
Broke number 6th tooth aka front and obvious. Despite having seen my dentist 3 weeks ago as I do every 3 months, they couldn't fit me in for repair. I needed help!! I called PI Dental and asked if Dr. Wolfinger could see me. They did not turn me away. I was fit in at 7 45 AM for consult, they scheduled a root canal 5 miles away at noon, and invited me back at 2 30 to prepare a temporary crown. As a new patient, I felt that my initial appointment was very authentic. Dr. Wolfinger, "Coordinator", Tina, Dani, and the staff displayed superb teamwork. I also appreciate their partnership with Dr. Gupton. Overall, the experience was a 5 out of 5.
Absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Everyone so helpful and may you feel comfortable.. from the front desk, assistants to the arrival of Dr. Wolfinger. All around awesome experience. Highly recommended their service. Cost is a little higher, but I’m sure it’s top notch, unfortunately it’s not always doable for a lot of folks.
