My experience was amazing. Dr Pickett is the only oral surgeon I will see, he’s amazing, professional & beyond knowledgeable. I’ve seen him multiple times, and I’m never nervous & I totally know that I will receive the absolute best care. I would & have recommended him to anyone. I have been a nurse for over twenty years. Being a nurse I am extremely particular & I can’t give Dr. Pickett enough praise.
All staff members were very pleasant to interact with. Dr Pickett even called to make sure my son was doing okay 7hours post procedure! He was also very informative and patient with all the questions we had.
I had a sucessful visit at Picket Oral Surgery. The front desk staff was welcoming and helped me soon after I arrived. I did not have an extensive wait for the assistant to come and take me back to the procedure room. The only suggestion I would make is that the assistant always ask if you need to stop at the rest room before taking you to the procedure room. In February 2026, during a routine dental examination, my dentist discovered a mass under my tongue and referred me to David Pickett for further evaluation. Following my initial consultation, Dr. Pickett performed a biopsy, which fortunately came back negative for cancer. I was a work-in following an appointment at a local Endodontist for a root canal. Upon learning that the root canal was unlikely to be successful, extraction was the only option. The staff fit me in the schedule. They were very helpful and gracious throughout my visit. They were timely and efficient. Dr. Pickett was welcoming and respectful and mindful of my comfort throughout the extraction.
