I went in, and was seen and out in two hours. I had a return visit, so I made an appointment, and was seen right away. They sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Thank you Piedmont Urgent Care. 😀Â

The wait to be seen it was too long. The nurse practitioner did a great job, however, I was not given clear follow up guidance.Â

I was taken as soon as I went to the front desk and relayed my complaints. My exam and review of my medical records were carried out thoroughly. Tests were conducted and the results were reviewed and discussed with me. I was discharged when I felt better and given instructions about signs of worsening symptoms. I was instructed to follow up with my primary care physicianÂ
