The wait to be seen it was too long. The nurse practitioner did a great job, however, I was not given clear follow up guidance.

I was taken as soon as I went to the front desk and relayed my complaints. My exam and review of my medical records were carried out thoroughly. Tests were conducted and the results were reviewed and discussed with me. I was discharged when I felt better and given instructions about signs of worsening symptoms. I was instructed to follow up with my primary care physician

The people from check-in to treatment especially the nurse Paige who was with me from start to finish was great. She is a valued assess to Piedmont Urgent Care. The Dr was great as well. Took very good care of me.
