Didn’t have to wait very long and everyone was nice and seemed thorough except medical assistant doing my blood pressure on the arm I was coming in for and I already have severe anxiety getting it done but other than that it was good

The experience was really well. I had made an appointment online and was able to come in, be greeted, and I did not have to wait too long prior to being seen. Once seen questions were asked pertaining to the symptoms and was tested and when results came back I was informed of the best solutions to assist with the symptoms and as well given a notice for work pertaining to the visit. Thank you all!

From the reception through out everyone was very nice customer service perfect and the name Mr. Jacob Teye did excellent job he knows what he was doing helped out to calm my pain down . Cleanliness entire place ❤️❤️❤️

I did a walk in and this was my first time going to Piedmont Urgent Care. Everyone was absolutely amazing from the people at the front desk who assisted me, to the person who took my temperature and my blood pressure, to the doctor who say me. Everyone was so friendly and kind!
