I came to the Pindrop Winchmore Hill branch. I had ear wax removal done by Celine Bergonia and she was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out very quickly. I had been suffering with pain in my ear but she made the whole process of wax removal very quick and explained each step so I felt comfortable. Definitely will come again and 100% recommend.
I had to arrange an appointment with Pindrop Hearing today and they were kindly able to fit me in within a couple hours. Both Elizabeth and Natasha were incredibly helpful. I would strongly recommend you contact them should you ever have an earring issue. Thanks again for a great job.
Excellent Clinic for all you audiology needs. Its very modern and clean, but without being clinical. A Friendly welcome from the great receptionist, who is very efficient. A special thanks to Celine, the clinical audiologst who made my hearing better.
