I went to Pindrop Hearing through a recommendation and I’m very glad I did. My audiologist Sara was very kind, patient and understanding and never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions which a previous audiologist elsewhere had done. When you are spending a lot of money you want to feel that you are getting good personal service and I certainly feel like that. The receptionist Natasha has also always been warm and welcoming which I much appreciate. Thank you Sara and I would recommend Pindrop Hearing.
Friendly and professional. Excellent service from booking through to the appointment and beyond. I went to Pindrop to check my hearing and get help with the custom ear plugs I use when playing music. Many thanks to Elizabeth for assessing my hearing, explaining the results very clearly, and for answering all my questions in such an engaging and helpful manner. I was glad to learn that my setup is decent and to receive tips on monitoring sound levels while playing.
My go to place for ear wax removal. Very professional and friendly. I’ve used other (cheaper) services but you really do pay for what you get. Plus they retain all your history with photos so repeat visits they have comparisons.
I would recommend Pindrop hearing for hearing aids. Sara was so professional and polite. any concerns and questions I had were covered during the consultation process. The hearing assessment was so comprehensive and Sara chatted with me afterwards to show me where my hearing was failing. If I have an issues I am more than happy to go back there to get things sorted.
Excellent experience with Elizabeth Kingsman- the kind of customer service that is very hard to find these days.
