I was in and out within 7 minutes for my appointment- I had an earwax removal which was painless and done really well. I got to see before and after live camera feed which was very interesting. I then had a pressure test and was told I may have something called Gluey Ear which explains the issue I was having which prompted me to book in the first place. All the staff were kind and lovely.
Received a professional service through from arrival to the time I left. Pindrop Hearing is my first port of call whenever I need earwax removed as this is no longer available on the NHS. Was greeted by positive gestures. The audiologist explained the micro suction process, showed me the in real time camera shots of the state of my ears before and after the procedure. Also provided advice on caring for my ears. The premises is clean and tidy with good ambiance.
My experience at Pindrop Hearing has been excellent. I was allocated a specialist named Krishna for my ear check up. She was very welcoming, her tone was very polite and she was keen to understand my issues with my ears. She asked all the relevant questions and her expertise as a specialist was clearly reflected through her questions. Pindrop Hearing store is fully equipped with the modern audiological equipment & is a very hygienic and clean place. I highly recommend Pindrop Hearing. Definitely 5 star service!
Krishna has seen my 2 boys and myself today for wax removal. She had been very kind and is a very good idiologist. Highly recommend Pindrop.
After having a lot problems with NHS, my friend suggested Pindrop for my hearing problems. They have been absolutely brilliant, although they are private company, but it's worth every penny.
