Georgia was amazing! She made my whole visit easy and stress-free. Very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
I visited today and was very pleasantly surprised in every way! There was no wait time, Elizabeth (the audiologist) was very pleasant and friendly, and most importantly, the (ear wax removal) procedure was very fast, painless, pretty much noise free and professionally handled (very opposite to the experience I had at a large branded company last year!). You also get to look at the interior of your ears both before and after the cleaning (if you are so inclined!). Definitely worth spending the extra money.
I recently had the opportunity to have my hearing aids checked and get a detailed understanding of my hearing health. I am a repeat client of Pindrop but it was my first time visiting the Chelsea branch. The shop is well presented and inviting. The staff are amazing and a real credit to Pindrop. My hearing test was carried out with care and explanations as to what was happening and what the results meant. My experience with Pindrop has been very good - far better than with my previous hearing aid specialist. Christina, my audiologist, was kind, thorough and attentive and undertook extensive hearing tests of a type I had not experienced before. She also checked in with me on a weekly basis to see how things were going with my new hearing aids. Thoroughly recommended.
I could not be more full of praise for Christina Kourie and for Pindrop Hearing. Both Christina and Pindrop show a real commitment to their customers and an understanding of how best to help them with their hearing needs. It is rare to come across a business that has this level of customer care, not just with the sale of the most appropriate hearing aids but also with the ongoing service and maintenance. I could not recommend them more highly.
