I came for my scheduled appointment and had to wait while they ran my insurance. About 30 min later I was still waiting. I asked to reschedule as I had to be elsewhere in an hour. The reschedule was in two weeks, but they left the appointment I was supposed to have, because they said they needed it to finish running the insurance.
