Miss ANA is the best actually she was a big help for my whole braces process. Made sure I wasn’t getting overworked in any payments also always tried her best to fit my schedule. I appreciate her she’s the best I promise @abermudez@pinedentistry
Brought my kiddo in who is autistic and our first visit here was good. But this time was not and I mentioned it to the front desk lady because I had to get her back to school. The lady who worked on her teeth was awful. She didnt communicate what she was doing causing her to run instruments into her face and mouth because the kid turns to figure out what's going on. I have been going to Pine Dentistry / Kool Smiles since my son was 2 years old !! Today they went above and beyond my son was scheduled tightening/adjustment to his braces and they noticed that he had a calcium buildup on his molars pictures below They stopped everything they were doing And sent my son over to the hygienist And allowed her to do some scaling on his teeth!!! Felt rushed and the nurse didn't even put fluoride on the bush before polishing my teeth kept scratching my gums and stabing them was highly distracted while giving service also I had three people tell me I didn't have cavitys for the doctor to come and look at me for 2 mins and tell me that I had two. I was also left alone for an unreasonable time waiting on the doctor when she came i was asking her questions then she walked away as i was asking her for more information. As of 2025 they have gone way downhill, the main dentist will tell the secretary what to schedule and what a patient is approved of by insurance and the secretary tells me when the dentist leaves im not? And I have to wait for approval on a root canal y’all wouldn’t fill and now it’s hurting and getting worse (don’t trust this place)
