My kid, my wife, and I all go here. They've been great with my kid for the years they've seen him. As for my wife and I, we also have had great experiences here. Personally my teeth situation is a wreck, but they aren't judgemental at all, they don't try to make me feel bad for how bad my teeth got over the years. They're here to help as best they can. The service they used to schedule appointments scheduled incorrectly a couple times, but I think they've straightened that situation out now. I don't prefer the open concept... read more
This place was not at all Clean or kid friendly… there was bloody trash on the floor under the counters, and there was also blood exposed on top of a full trashcan. As soon as the dentist and the Assistant sat down together, they started to show my four-year-old daughter who needed a filling, the sharp tools they were going to use on her so she immediately started freaking out. Please do not waste your energy on this place , your money at that! One of the “secretaries” was completely unprofessional, unfortunately with how things are in the world, one of my bills was sent to collections. As I was going to book my next appointment, I believe I had a payment that was due because I was doing a braces treatment (which I’m finally done with) . Went with my sister and my 1 year old nephew; sat over 2 hours in the waiting room; then go back to the assistant being extremely rude saying she wasn’t holding him down fast enough for them. They looked at his tooth and said he had a very small chipped tooth and recommended a filing but got told “oh he must’ve fallen” and shoved us out of the office. Highly do not recommend heartless staff and they do NOT care for kids.
We made an appointment here for my children came in 20 minutes early for the appointment at 0840. We were the only ones there. We are from Idaho which is two hours behind they failed to verify our insurance when we made the appointment. They were having problems getting ahold of our insurance because they are closed since they are 2 hours behind.
