It’s hard to get in contact with the office directly. My daughter got her braces on at the beginning of this year and the orthodontist had two separate same day cancellations. (She has to go once a month for retightening and we’ve only attended 3 appts out of 5 that were scheduled) After getting a text saying they would contact us to reschedule a make up day for the following week, we didn’t get a call back. I called all around Winchester since last Thursday to be seen by a dentist to confirm an infection in my wisdom teeth and they were so concerned they squeeze me in a busy day I arrived within maybe 20 minutes I got seen Confirm that I had an infection and Pericoronitis They immediately sent medication to my pharmacist, and they also scheduled me to get all four wisdom teeth taken out. My kid, my wife, and I all go here. They've been great with my kid for the years they've seen him. As for my wife and I, we also have had great experiences here. Personally my teeth situation is a wreck, but they aren't judgemental at all, they don't try to make me feel bad for how bad my teeth got over the years. They're here to help as best they can. The service they used to schedule appointments scheduled incorrectly a couple times, but I think they've straightened that situation out now. I don't prefer the open concept... read more
I have only gone twice. Each time I waited over an hour with no communication. The second time, after 45 minutes, I asked what was going on and I was told it was an insurance issue and they would get with me shortly. Shouldn’t you be processing insurance BEFORE an appointment? There was nothing wrong with my insurance. The lady handling this was the same lady checking everyone out. This place was not at all Clean or kid friendly… there was bloody trash on the floor under the counters, and there was also blood exposed on top of a full trashcan. As soon as the dentist and the Assistant sat down together, they started to show my four-year-old daughter who needed a filling, the sharp tools they were going to use on her so she immediately started freaking out.
