Dr Zac and the dental hygenists are top notch. I was very comfortable thru the entire process. The hygienists do a very thorough job explaing what they are doing the entire time. At the end, Dr Zac comes in and shows you images of any problem aeas on the screen and explains what needs to be done. Once in his chair, he again takes images and shows them to you before he gets started. I hardly felt anything when gave me the shots. His work is impeccable and he spends lots of time talking to me from start to finish.
Definitely recommend. They were very friendly with me and each other. They accommodated me and my sister with the timing of our appointments and our long drive. They have a subscription plan that discounts their products, and they asked questions and gave answers in an engaged and interested manner. I really liked them.
My initial appointment and exam by Dr. Zach (he introduced himself with his first name) was superior. He used hand sanitizer on his hands before shaking my hand. This is the gold standard in patient care. He was extremely thorough with my exam, gentle and clearly communicated his findings in understandable language. We were traveling when my daughter developed an abscess, and Dr. Zach and his staff made room in their busy schedule to see her right away. Their care was outstanding—they quickly addressed the issue and made sure my daughter felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Zach’s dental hygienist was especially wonderful with her, helping to ease her nerves and making the whole experience as smooth as possible. This was truly the best dental visit we’ve ever had, and I highly recommend Dr. Zach and his amazing team.
My experience at the dental office was very good. All the people involved were very professional, and they knew the skill that they had. And they applied it very professionally. It's nice to be around people that know what they're doing.
