Rent is going up again and it is almost 130 dollars more than Hillcrest Estates and most of the lots are bigger there.
We love this community! We moved here from out of state and Pam made the process extremely easy. She was very active in her communication and expectations with us. Once here, we have had no issues with them responding to maintenance requests. She answers our phone calls promptly and sends some one asap for repairs. We are grateful for all of her hard work and communication with us.
Pam was wonderful to work with! She was responsive, knowledgeable, and updated us regularly regarding the status of our mobile home purchase. In about a week were able to get all our documents submitted, approved, signed and had keys to our new home. Thank you so much Pam for helping make this dream come true!
When I first moved to pine edge it was honestly a horror story I was refused a lease after paying my first months rent and paying more then what was required on my security deposit. Even trying to pay rent was an issue I wouldn't be given the correct information. No one would return my calls for month I was strung along and couldn't even get my mail for over 4 months. We moved 5 yrs ago in hopes of retiring.At least 5 to 7 instances pertaining to water. Either next to pressure or none at all.This was nice especially during a pandemic. The court was filthy , some leaves left for years, campers ,boats, vehicles being repaired in the yard.. Thayers were the worst communities I have ever seen.People tried to communicate with them but very rarely in office or call the log was always full. JR was so rude , loud and threatening .
