Living under Pam is an absolute nightmare! I have never rented somewhere and been harassed so frequently by management about any and absolute everything. Pam loves to tape 5 day notices on doors for any and everything. Writing a negative review will also get you backlash from her.. Sure this park looks clean, but that's because if you leave anything out at all you'll get a 5 day notice taped to your trailer. You'll be watched and never feel any sense of peace or comfort here.
Pam loves to harass families for anything. You'll get a 5 day notice to vacate for having pine needles left in your yard in the fall. She will also add and make up her own rules and regulations that are not in your lease agreement that you signed. She also thinks its ok to come onto the property you pay for and move your stuff around

This place is slowing going down the tubes, Vineyards MG is a high price waffle house table subsidiary. be extremely cautious entering into any contracts with them. they have problems paying there bills due, and the Manager has no idea of proper procedures.
