The maintenance department is always very easy to work with, very prompt and come right away after I talk to him and they do a good job. Since I just moved in a week ago, I’ve had to ask for several things in my apartment and they’ve never made me feel bad or act like they didn’t want to do it but we’re always here right away and did a very nice job and we’re very pleasant to work with
The fridge is often broken. Even if the stuff repair it, it is broken soon. I have ever faced troubles for other equipment like dryer, washer, microwave within 2 years. Basically, I think the home appliances are old. This situation is stressful to my family.
The process moving into this apartment community went smoothly. The Laura and the rest of the staff were nice and very helpful through the whole process.
Maintenance got here fast and resolved the issue. The maintenance team is very friendly
