1. You have Top Quality people in our Pine Crest office! Heather, Janessa, Ray and Scott are just Great! 2. The Park itself needs A LOT of work, and I believe that you have the crew to get that done. 2. A new and tighter set of lease laws needs to be created in order to get Pine Crest to its potential. Lot maintenance needs to be addressed. Old mobile homes need to go as do trashy ones.
Slumlords! Be prepared to fix everything yourself because they won't. Its not because maintenance can't or is not willing to. Its because MANAGMENT SUCKS ( Heather and Christine). Maintenance will go to a store to collect repair items and swipe a card, only to be declined. They will promise you this and that and fallow through on nothing.... A night mare when it came to management. This place has been resold time after time on top of. Just lucky some neighbors gave a damn about how they take care for their property otherwise it would look like rift raft since actual maintenance for rented properties was obsolete. They should higher people that give a damn and stop worry about a bonus check. That is the company's fault period.
I applied for a trailer here recently and wasted a lot of time waiting for them to tell me I was denied. Don't pay 50 for an application fee to apply here. It isn't worth it. I believe that's what they want is your money. They are very unprofessional and greedy.
I / we have been in this Park for 33 years. My mother is set income with SS. I have seen the rent go up 90$ for people who only own their trailers out here but yet none of the New OR the ones that have caught fire or destroyed from previous tenents. Our rent goes up EVERY year and I am sorry but this place will never be a 1000$ a month property.
