A night mare when it came to management. This place has been resold time after time on top of. Just lucky some neighbors gave a damn about how they take care for their property otherwise it would look like rift raft since actual maintenance for rented properties was obsolete. They should higher people that give a damn and stop worry about a bonus check. That is the company's fault period.

My husband and I recently applied to live here. Every time we call about the status of our application, the phone is never answered. My husband stopped by there today and when he got to the door, it was locked and while he could hear people inside, no one would answer the door to speak with him.

Will raise rent whenever they want to and force you to pay or threaten with evictions when you ask for proof of why

I / we have been in this Park for 33 years. My mother is set income with SS. I have seen the rent go up 90$ for people who only own their trailers out here but yet none of the New OR the ones that have caught fire or destroyed from previous tenents. Our rent goes up EVERY year and I am sorry but this place will never be a 1000$ a month property. Do not rent or buy from these people they are down right horrible told me I was approved took my deposit waited 40 days later to be told I'm not approved now and still haven't received my money back they are rude as can be the office lady is down right disrespectful I beg anyone who goes to rent from them don't waste your time
