I’ve been a patient at Pineland Dental for years, and Shelly, Jeanette and Dr. Nagel, have consistently been outstanding. Had the pleasure of meeting Andrea today who is also a phenomenal human! Whether it’s a routine cleaning or something urgent, the care is always professional, thorough, and compassionate. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel at ease every visit. I truly appreciate their consistency and quality of care. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been regular patients at Pineland Dental for a number of years. Usually, our visits are routine maintenance. Today, I needed an emergency visit and was quickly given an appointment. Dr. Katie responded to my concern in a respectful, non-hurried manner. She relieved my anxiety and took all the time needed to diagnose the problem and provide immediate care and information. The entire staff in the office is always caring and competent. We are so grateful.

This was my first office visit and the staff was wonderful. The dental hygienist was absolutely fabulous, she did a very thorough job and was extremely knowledgeable. I learned a lot. Dr. Katie was great and explained her recommendations completely. I am happy to have found this locally owned office and give them my highest recommendation!

First and only cleaning I will be having at this office. The hygienist, Rebecca made me feel so unwelcome. Before the cleaning even started, she lectured me twice on my health even after noting my doctor wasn't concerned. The fact I had to get upset and explain more than what was necessary is outraging. And to top it off, then the dentists inquired about it after the cleaning. I was really looking forward to this office from my referral but this has forever changed my view and expectations on dentistry.

I highly recommend this practice! I am a new patient and the process to get started was a breeze. I was able to communicate and fill out forms via text which was very convenient. Shelly was so helpful and pleasant- she made the process super easy to navigate! Kim, the RDH, was so kind and made sure that I was comfortable and understood the process throughout my entire visit which I really appreciated! Dr. Katie was also very nice and informative!
