Dr Mendez exceeded every expectation I had. His work is truly outstanding. But what impressed me just as much was how personally invested he was in my care. I never feel like “just another patient” - I felt known, heard, and genuinely cared for. His follow through was impeccable, and he made himself available when I had questions. I was initially scared and extremely nervous. But the ladies at the front desk worked to make me feel comfortable. The lady who took me back told me everything I needed to hear and got me ready for the doctor. The doctor put me at ease and before I knew it I was ready to go. But one last visit was delightful. I was asked a question and then the next question blew me away. He (the doctor) asked if I was saved. This was awe inspiring! So thankful to be seen and taken care of by a Brother in Christ!
