Terrible experience all around. I made an appointment for my annual preventative skin check. In the past I had these done with Dr. Ward and they were always very thorough. Since being bought by Pinnacle, patients are only permitted to schedule appointments online, not over the phone. The only option for a skin check was the NP, not Dr. Ward. I had an amazing experience at Pinnacle! Dr. Jelena is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease, taking time to explain everything clearly. Nurse Sarah was also wonderful—kind, attentive, and professional. Together, they made my visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this team for exceptional care!
I had a great experience with Dr. Jelena Ozegovic! I struggled with acne and she helped make my skin very clear; I barely have any visible acne now with her help. She is super caring and attentive to all your issues and explains everything thoroughly. Very professional and helpful.
I had a great first time experience at Pinnacle. It was my first dermatology appointment ever, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I went for a skin check and to have a skin tag removed from a private area. Michelle and Jelena made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. They explained everything clearly and took great care of me. I very much appreciated their bedside manner. 5 stars, I highly recommend Pinnacle in Schererville for your dermatological needs!
Jelena did a great job with my chemical peeling today, I would highly recommend her to everyone, her knowledge and experience is great, always nice and willing to help. She always answers my questions, and my dermal health is so improved. Keep it up!
