Very disappointed with the new staff since they moved to Schererville. It's frustrating when you cannot get a call back after several times leaving a message on thier answering service . I cannot believe that they are so busy that the staff never returns my calls even when I call and leave messages every day for a week. I'm not complaining about the Dr's just the staff. I been a patient for many many years but I'm changing to another Dermatologist .
My appointment was at 11:30 and I arrived in the office at 11:40 and waited three or four minutes for those two receptionist to finish talking to each other before they help me. Make a long story short Sharon said there was only a 10 minute late window and that I would have to reschedule even though there was probably eight or nine people sitting in the lobby. The staff are all polite and go out of their way to help. My insurance has given me trouble approving Taltz and they make the calls to insurance and make sure I have plenty of samples! Sara Goodman has been the one helping me get the medication approved. NP Jelena Ozegovic is always a huge help and explains things to me so I understand. I would refer anyone who asks me to Pinnacle Dermatology!
Np Jelena and her staff are great and explain everything. Very friendly. My problem is with call center. You cant call you office directly you go through a call center and snd cant answer any questions and cant you to your office. Dump the call center or at least get you your office so they can answer your questions!!!! So frustrating!!!
I had an amazing experience at Pinnacle! Dr. Jelena is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease, taking time to explain everything clearly. Nurse Sarah was also wonderful—kind, attentive, and professional. Together, they made my visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this team for exceptional care!
