While i was dropping off an elderly woman back to her apartment the maintenance supervisor harrassed me about how i was parked doing so. It was raining, and cold and she also had a lot of groceries that needed to be put by her door step. I parked by the ramp so she could get to her apartment and had to unload some of the groceries so i could get to her walker. He was very rude not only to me but to the elderly lady. I plan om contacting the manager about this when ever they are available.
Tammy has been amazing with everything that needed to be done from touring the apartment to staying a little later so we could come in for paperwork to the move in. Thanks for everything!
I moved to Pinnacle Pointe in December and all the staff are wonderful. I really appreciate Ms. Tammy the most. She was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the whole moving process. She answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. These apartments are wonderful and great with children as well. The YMCA program is great. Tammy in the office is absolutely amazing! Sweetest person you’ll meet & very honest. This complex is a decent area to live in with HEB+ being right behind the complex, amazing elementary school next door. Nice little park for kids to play at. Apartments are very nice/modern, bathrooms are very spacious, lots of storage! Pantry & kitchen are decent in size! Carpets are soft.
