They’re are very respectful. I went with my two kids by myself because my husband had an appt & they usually can only take one child at a time (which is understandable) but they also understood me when I didn’t want to leave one child in the waiting room & take the other one. So they put both child across each other so I could see both of them & see what they were doing with my kids. They were also gentle with my kids teeth so they wouldn’t be scared. I love the staff here. The dentists and hygienists have been amazing with my daughter since she was a baby. My only complaint was that Carmen at the front desk was apparently a little overwhelmed and came off a little rude, shouting across the waiting room to ask patients if they had filled out their online paperwork. She didn’t explain anything either so a lot of the patients were confused. Once she got help from Cynthia and got everyone checked in she was much more polite.
I’ve brought my little one to this dentist office twice now, and I’m so happy with the amazing service we’ve received. My little one has autism, and they’re so patient and kind with him. Monica and Mrs. Marta, thank you so much for being so professional and patient with him.
Very pleasant and professional staff. Dr Marisa explained that what I thought was a gum infection, was actually swelling that would require swishing with a prescription mouthwash twice a day only. Her assistant was very helpful by going out of her way to assist me in hooking me back up with my heart monitor. I recommend this dental office.
Everyone is nice, and they take their time. Explain the things they are doing, and make sure everything feels comfortable before you leave.
