They’re are very respectful. I went with my two kids by myself because my husband had an appt & they usually can only take one child at a time (which is understandable) but they also understood me when I didn’t want to leave one child in the waiting room & take the other one. So they put both child across each other so I could see both of them & see what they were doing with my kids. They were also gentle with my kids teeth so they wouldn’t be scared. I love the staff here. The dentists and hygienists have been amazing with my daughter since she was a baby. My only complaint was that Carmen at the front desk was apparently a little overwhelmed and came off a little rude, shouting across the waiting room to ask patients if they had filled out their online paperwork. She didn’t explain anything either so a lot of the patients were confused. Once she got help from Cynthia and got everyone checked in she was much more polite.

I had a great experience at Pinova Dental on Lee Trevino! The staff was incredibly courteous, making me feel comfortable from start to finish. They provided clear estimates for all treatment options upfront, so there were no surprise charges.

I’ve brought my little one to this dentist office twice now, and I’m so happy with the amazing service we’ve received. My little one has autism, and they’re so patient and kind with him. Monica and Mrs. Marta, thank you so much for being so professional and patient with him.

My husband had a very good experience yesterday at Pinova. The staff was courteous and friendly. The dental work was done professionally and minimal pain.
