Very pleasant and professional employees. Unit was immaculate when i moved in, staff very helpful during the process. Public areas are well maintained, especially the hallways, laundry room and elevators. Love the location! Looking forward to many years enjoying the views from my apartment!
Very nice community. Good transportation close by and shopping bus offered by Towers. Good retail shopping close. Services here in the Tower are great. Service request completed in a day or two. All around a very pleasant place to live. I recommend Pioneer Towers.
I'm totally pleased with Pioneer Towers. It is well-managed, well-maintained, clean and safe. I truly appreciate entrances locked 24/7 with visitors/delivery utilizing computerized call box . I'm impressed with amenities/services that are offered to all residents. I would most definitely refer possible interested friends.
At Pioneer Towers, I enjoy an individual private apartment where my family, friends and I can easily visit. There are walking areas out the front and back doors, here. And since one of Sacramento’s other names is “The City of Trees” " our street and the general neighborhood are lined with trees for blocks around. Victorian structures are nearby as well as the older section of town, Old Sac. We are close to the State Capitol, here which contains a large park full of a variety of trees. I have been at the P T apartments for a year and a couple of months. Staff are always polite. The maintenance team is motivated and do a great job and the place is clean and tidy. I was in maintenance for about 30 years . I love the building and subsequent neighborhood. Our garden is such a tranquil place.
