The building serves the needs of a diverse mix of individuals and cultural backgrounds which in our experience only adds to the joy of living here for us. The apartments are smaller than some, but at our ages we don't need a huge place anymore just for two people! And the usually barring emergencies of course super fast response to maintenance repair requests is far and above our past experience with apartment living. It is such a pleasure to see how happy my Dad is living here. The building is always super clean. Management and staff are extremely helpful and really invest a lot of time and energy in engaging residents in all kinds of activities, including transportation to grocery stores, casinos, etc. They produce a very resourceful and fun monthly newsletter and host a wide range of social activities. I used to live at because of health pioneer towers but for personal reasons I had to move. Now my husband just passed away & would love to move back. I can't afford to pay full rent by receiving letters from hospice & doctors letter stating I need housing because of my health
Wonderful building and really great staff. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring. Lots of room in the building for get together and even trips to the grocery store. I'm looking forward to getting to the top of the wait list. This is my first choice in 55+ senior housing. The apartment is very roomy for downtown and has a balcony that is of adequate size to take some air. This place is in a good spot for seniors.
This is a stress free VERY QUIET (inside) location for seniors(55+) and disabled. The staff is attentive and all maintenance needs are met immediately with a 24-hour answered hotline. That can be a game-changer living in the older downtown district. There is always someone on staff to deal with any issues. A newly-built Kaiser also two blocks away allows for easy RX and appointments. Management is firm with stated rules no hassles policy.
