I was really excited to bring my son here for his first dental appointment. I schedule through call center for 3/4 @ 4pm. A young lady from the office called me a few days from the appointment date to reschedule my son’s appt for a different time, which was for 8:45 am on 3/4. I called the customer service line to double check the time because I didn’t want to be late. The rep informed me that my son’s appt was canceled. Been going here since my kids first dental appointments, I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone is so kind, from the front desk to the doctors, we’re almost always in and out quick, and my kids absolutely love it. They help make them comfortable, they talk to them like regular people instead of little kids. Love love love this office for my kids.
Took my sister n to see the oral surgeon at this location. Let me start by saying he was AMAZING,very kind, patient and understanding. But he was the ONLY one. My son is terrified of the dentist. And I get it, many adults are. I asked multiple times when making the appointment if I was allowed in the room with him and they assured me I was that it would be no problem. When scheduling an appointment that’s gunna be the hardest thing in the world with them ! Especially if you stay in IL . .but when we got our appointment after 2 weeks it was for 8am & we were out before 9:30 ! Very Fast ! Friendly staff & CLEAN !! I love that they are very Informative as well . We go back for Fillers next week . I will update how that goes !
Both times I was seen at Pippin Dental I was seen by well educated staff and the facility is nice. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they frequently run behind meaning you may wait 1.5 hours to be seen even with an appointment. Otherwise, great staff and location for extractions and dental services.
