I was really excited to bring my son here for his first dental appointment. I schedule through call center for 3/4 @ 4pm. A young lady from the office called me a few days from the appointment date to reschedule my son’s appt for a different time, which was for 8:45 am on 3/4. I called the customer service line to double check the time because I didn’t want to be late. The rep informed me that my son’s appt was canceled. I have been bringing my kids here for about 6 years now. They are 19 17 and 11 and never had a bad experience. They work fast and always get the job done right!!!
Been going here since my kids first dental appointments, I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone is so kind, from the front desk to the doctors, we’re almost always in and out quick, and my kids absolutely love it. They help make them comfortable, they talk to them like regular people instead of little kids. Love love love this office for my kids.
Took my sister n to see the oral surgeon at this location. Let me start by saying he was AMAZING,very kind, patient and understanding. But he was the ONLY one. My son is terrified of the dentist. And I get it, many adults are. I asked multiple times when making the appointment if I was allowed in the room with him and they assured me I was that it would be no problem. I have been bringing my daughter to Pippen Dental for a few years now and have always had a positive experience. The staff are always polite and very professional. Appointment availability and times are always flexible and wait times are reasonable!
