I took my kids here for a couple years. There was some good and bad days with it. I decided to switch my kids to the same dentist office I go too. They kept calling me multiple times a week asking if I wanted to schedule my kids cleaning. I told them everytime i changed their dentist and they were still persistent about it. Both times I was seen at Pippin Dental I was seen by well educated staff and the facility is nice. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they frequently run behind meaning you may wait 1.5 hours to be seen even with an appointment. Otherwise, great staff and location for extractions and dental services.
Do not recommend !!! I have been in ortho treatment for 17 months during this time I have sat over an hour per appointment. It finally has come time to get my braces off and I came to my appointment and was told it was canceled without notifying me . Next appointment I sat for over an hour again finally I went up to the desk to ask how much longer I was told 3 people were ahead of me still and this was the second time I have been rescheduled for removal. Went downhill since they changed the name from kool smiles to pippen dental. Unprofessional customer service. They lost my daughters chart so they just kept taking other patients. I complained and the lady said your next but they tried taking a patient that had just walked in 5 minutes before. We were there for over an hour at that point. They finally took my daughter back and she was supposed to have 2 cavities filled. They didn't even do that. She has been going there her whole life but it stops here.
