Have lived here for over 8 years and been treated with nothing but respect. Been looking at other places, and nothing comes even close to the affordability and privacy. Don't know where all the gossip comes from, because it's not in my building! Plus it's close to everything!
I came to live at Placer West at the beginning of the year last year. It's like a large family. Everyone is friendly, and the management is exceptional. If you ever have a maintenance problem or you have a concern about anything, the management is there to help you. We wanted to live in Rocklin and these apartments gave us the chance. The management was very caring and that means a lot. Also it was a nice quiet community.
The apartments are very nice inside. Very roomy. Although there are no garbage disposals, and no laundry in the units. For the price, you can't beat it!
Placer west is not a good placer to be nope no way . Its a place u will get messed with thy called and told me you got a two bedroom then an hour later told us sorry we gave it to some one .
