We had been waiting weeks for our original pool company to service our filter. After about 3 weeks with no contact to set up the appointment, we tried Platinum pools. They were able to assess the pump, order and receive the part, and get it running within 3 days. Sean and Ryan were professional, efficient, and honest. We could not be more impressed or appreciative.
They did an amazing job and were great at communicating and answering questions throughout the project.
