We had been waiting weeks for our original pool company to service our filter. After about 3 weeks with no contact to set up the appointment, we tried Platinum pools. They were able to assess the pump, order and receive the part, and get it running within 3 days. Sean and Ryan were professional, efficient, and honest. We could not be more impressed or appreciative.

Had a pump issue very near end of 3 yr. warranty , had brand new pump with in days. Honoring warranty says it all. Very happy with pool.
