My visit from beginning to end was incredible. Julie greeted me with paperwork and conversation. The entire staff were pleasant and kind. They obviously love working together. All of my questions were answered and I had many. Dr. Steve Vlahakis walked me through all of the steps for my root canal and even educated me on what was done after the process. I would highly recommend this practice if you need any major dental work done. Thank you team!!
Visits have been good for most part. The only thing I would say that could be better is it does seem like they rush through patients. I guess in this day and age that’s how the health system works now. I feel in general it’s more about quantity than quality of service. This is a pretty good place but maybe I’m old school but there doesn’t seem to be that personal experience with a lot of providers whether it’s medical or dental.
First visit for an evaluation went well. Didn't wait long, staff was friendly, and Doctor Steve was very nice and informative. I will be having a root canal done, and feel confident he'll do a great job.
I had a great experience at this office. I was offered a late notice appointment due to a root canal infection issue and this office was kind, diligent, and took care of my issue and more importantly, eased my pain. I will definitely return!
My regular dentist deterred me Dr Valls. The experience was fantastic. Almost no pain, very thorough & gave detailed explanation of the procedures done prior to performing them. Very pleasurable experience for a root canal!
