This is my first order with this company and I'm not impressed so far with how thorough they are. I have a prescription that requires injections and they didn't think to either include or offer or ask me if I needed an injection kit. I've sent emails and left voicemails and they haven't returned my call. Additionally, their Rx courier service isn't very good at servicing downtown at a reasonable hour, my shipment arrived on my doorstep at 9:30pm and was just left outside. I was given a delivery window of 6:00pm-9:00pm.
I used to love Pocketpills. They used to have great customer service representatives. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery was quick, no confusion, everything was on time. I placed an order, it did not arrive, I received no notice on why, the representative was cold and kept saying she sent a text message which she didn't. She just kept repeating the same thing. (For anyone with ADHD/controlled substances) I would give 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend if you have insurance that will cover in person pharmacies for the same amount. If you take ADHD medication etc, that are regulated (and have a job not working from home), get ready to jump through all the hoops and still have issues. Just had my first prescription processed using Pocketpills. It was seamless! The app is very user friendly, they kept me informed from receiving the prescription to delivery notification. I would recommend anyone to try Pocketpills. Saved time, no need to wait at the pharmacy and potentially savings in dispensing fees as well.
I really don't like to leave negative reviews but pocket pill has consistently been unreliable. They regularly get confused and mixed up, I need to regularly contact them about my refills alerting them that I am going to run out soon, frequently having to run out of my medications. Deliveries taking a week or longer, they do not sort out the confusions with my prescriber but expect me to call them, and they charged my credit card without processing my insurance.
