I’ve been using PocketPills for several years now and have been very happy with the service. It’s incredibly easy and convenient when a prescription needs to be renewed or refilled, it usually just takes a couple of texts and the medication shows up right at my door. No phone calls or making trips to the pharmacy. Highly recommend!

I used to really enjoy using PocketPills because it was quick, convenient, and easy to get support whenever I needed it. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed. It has become very difficult to reach the PocketPills care team. Whether through chat, text, or phone, getting assistance now takes much longer than it used to. I recently transferred a prescription from another pharmacy, and the process is taking far longer than expected. I had a bit of a situation. My insurance did not establish a proper system with them and the pharmacy did not know how to troubleshoot it. Once everything is in place, the system works great. My pearls of wisdom for potential consumers: 1. The pharmacy is legit and I truly believe they do their best to make a patient happy. They keep open communication and work hard to earn your business. Absolutely terrible customer service. This is my first experience with them, no one responds to emails, text or phone messages. Takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone. I've been waiting for my prescription for days and it's still pending. If I had used my regular pharmacy I would have had my prescription by now. Update: I increased review from 1 star to 2 stars based on a manager trying to resolve the situation. I finally received my order 4 days after the prescription was submitted. I like the convenience of not having to wait months to see my family doctor. It's a very quick process to have your prescription approved. I would have given four or five stars, however, Pocket Pills could be quicker at responding to messages. My order was late so I texted twice and emailed once but didn't get a response to one of my messages. I understand orders are delayed sometimes, but I don't think it's a lot to ask to just communicate with your customer, especially after three messages. Two days later and order has not... read more
