It was a great experience. The only thing I could say to improve is to ensure that costumers confirm that they are okay with taking payment. I found they just automatically processed my script which in this case was okay, but if I didn’t have the money at the very moment it would have been a different scenario. But other than that easy to use and no issues.
Fast and efficient, I will be using Pocket pills forever, I'm a busy mom of 4 and working out of the home, my days off were always waiting in line for prescriptions when they needed to be filled. I don't always want to leave me house on my days off. This is very convenient and I am sure this helps many people. I wish I knew about you sooner. Thank you
Too many glitches on their end, losing my insurance information, then delaying orders due to an apparent "payment issue" then once I advise them that the card is active and ready to be charged, they admit it was a glitch on their end. Customer service is unreachable after 5pm and they don't work on weekends either. Not acceptable practice for a pharmacy. After being with them for 3 years I have gone back to local pharmacies that are reliable, secure, safe and offer actual customer service.
Very helpful and informative. Fast and safe service. Never took longer than a day to get back to me about my questions or changes to my prescription. This has been a very easy experience so far. Im impressed.
I used pocketpills before & they used to be great but ever since they changed their delivery service it's drastically gone downhill. I ordered my meds for a Monday & after multiple emails & many phone calls later, they told me it would arrive Tuesday the latest. Nothing arrived & I've now missed too many doses. This pharmacy is super disappointing & I will not be using them again. It would've been faster to transfer to my local shoppers & filled it that way.
