Pocketpills was founded by a team of pharmacists and engineers who realized that pharmacies had not changed at all in the last 100 years. We saw there was a real need for an easier, more personal pharmacy experience—an experience that puts you first.

Very convenient from the perspective of this pharmacy being able to deliver to a place a little more remote in Canada with no problem. Good communication and the timeline for delivery was held to within one day of what was originally posted. I was a bit disappointed with the pricing being at the upper end (looking at National Average pricing) for the product dispensed.
First time user, and the medication that local pharmacies had "no idea" was coming, and in two days I had them in my hands. The concern I have in general agrees with some of the other reviews, that I didn't know what it would cost until it was a receipt, and if there are issues it does feel disconnected from talking to a person. So the convenience of door-delivery and the actual ability to get a specific medication that was looking iffy was great, but I'm a bit worried about future orders.
I’ve been using pocket pills for 2 years. I do suggest the staff is better educated to answer simple questions. I asked if my medication was covered by DDB and they told me they will contact me and let me know. I Never heard back. I was able to go online and look up if it’s covered in 2 min. I’ve been trying to contact through text and it’s unanswered and also phone calls ring and ring and suddenly hang up. Pocket pills is good if you have a set pocket pack that can be ordered on repeat. Any new medication takes 1-2 weeks fo... read more
Good idea, weak execution. The whole point is to make it easier to get medications. They took a long time to verify a very common antibiotic prescription and took 2 days to actually ship stuff. The shipping partner they use is also pretty shady. I was standing by the main entrance of my building waiting for them and they didn’t even step out and just marked the parcel “unable to access” despite me providing instructions. Will never use again.
I have been waiting two weeks for my prescriptions to be filled. This is my first order. There were a few problems with the original prescription from my doctor, which I have had to resolve myself. PocketPills expects its customers to be intermediaries between the pharmacy and the doctor, but simultaneously fails to have basic situational awareness. Therefore, despite numerous calls back and forth between the doctor and the pharmacy staff, despite repeatedly explaining the situation, nobody at PocketPills seems to have reach... read more
