Update: They resolved absolutely everything. I highly recommend using Science &Human and Pocket Pils, but we've come to an understanding , I will never use their site, I'll be ordering everything on phone or by text. The company Pocket Pills they use to send you your prescriptions has a difficult site to navigate. Science and Humans forgot to send my prescription in, which means all my prescriptions are delayed and I will be without my medication. Good idea, weak execution. The whole point is to make it easier to get medications. They took a long time to verify a very common antibiotic prescription and took 2 days to actually ship stuff. The shipping partner they use is also pretty shady. I was standing by the main entrance of my building waiting for them and they didn’t even step out and just marked the parcel “unable to access” despite me providing instructions. Will never use again.
I have been waiting two weeks for my prescriptions to be filled. This is my first order. There were a few problems with the original prescription from my doctor, which I have had to resolve myself. PocketPills expects its customers to be intermediaries between the pharmacy and the doctor, but simultaneously fails to have basic situational awareness. I like the convenience of the delivery but there is absolutely no price transparency - I was originally provided a cost then after I put in my payment details the amount was changed and charged without notice, and when I contacted customer service they offered no explanation for the change other than the new amount was correct. I am lucky enough to have insurance so the amount is not significant enough for me to chase further but the lack of transparency is very concerning, and I will be returning to my regular pharmacy.
Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I switched to Pocketpills to try and have an easier experience with medication pick ups and renewals at our local pharmacy. Had all our prescriptions changed over to Pocket pills three weeks before ant medication renewals were required. I was given a delivery date of April 1 which was then delayed to April 2 and then April 3 leading to my son being out of critical medication when I reached out to the team at Pocketpills regarding this, they said that they were going to investigate an... read more
