Good idea, weak execution. The whole point is to make it easier to get medications. They took a long time to verify a very common antibiotic prescription and took 2 days to actually ship stuff. The shipping partner they use is also pretty shady. I was standing by the main entrance of my building waiting for them and they didn’t even step out and just marked the parcel “unable to access” despite me providing instructions. Will never use again.
Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I switched to Pocketpills to try and have an easier experience with medication pick ups and renewals at our local pharmacy. Had all our prescriptions changed over to Pocket pills three weeks before ant medication renewals were required. I was given a delivery date of April 1 which was then delayed to April 2 and then April 3 leading to my son being out of critical medication when I reached out to the team at Pocketpills regarding this, they said that they were going to investigate an... read more
I used to love Pocketpills. They used to have great customer service representatives. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery was quick, no confusion, everything was on time. I placed an order, it did not arrive, I received no notice on why, the representative was cold and kept saying she sent a text message which she didn't. She just kept repeating the same thing. Pocketpills is one of the best ideas I have see recently! It’s all about convenience, efficiency and saving time. It’s like Uber! I will never have to stay in line on a pharmacy for the rest of my life! Delivery is fast, reliable and customer service is beyond expectations. Thank you Pocketpills, you changed my life for better!
This is my first order with this company and I'm not impressed so far with how thorough they are. I have a prescription that requires injections and they didn't think to either include or offer or ask me if I needed an injection kit. I've sent emails and left voicemails and they haven't returned my call. Additionally, their Rx courier service isn't very good at servicing downtown at a reasonable hour, my shipment arrived on my doorstep at 9:30pm and was just left outside. I was given a delivery window of 6:00pm-9:00pm.
