Pocketpills came through when my other two local pharmacies couldn't. I needed meds that were specific for fertility treatments. They had everything I needed, I got text messages from real people (not AI). The prices were reasonable (fertility meds are awful expensive to begin with) so it was nice they didn't charge more than any other local pharmacy. The meds came right to my door and the ones that needed refrigeration arrived safely with cooling packs inside a Styrofoam box. Would recommend.
My review is ongoing and may change over time. Yesterday, Brianna reached out to offer comfort and explanations, but I was disappointed that syringes were not recommended or included. I was exhausted today and had been hoping to start right away, so this was frustrating. Contacted my doctor’s office demanding a prescription refill that I did not need when I had plenty of medication remaining. If there was actually a need I would have dealt with it. I now have a $20 invoice. I am unemployed and really don’t have the money to be paying nonsense invoices. Will no longer be recommending your services and will be actively letting others know about the fees your services result in. Thanks!
