awful awful awful! my pharmacy and I have been calling for a transfer for a week now! the delay has caused me to miss my dose. still waiting! there is 0 excuse to delay pharmacy transfers. EDIT: you have time to reply to reviews yet still won’t authorize the transfer, I’ve been on hold for hours and haven’t been connected to a representative. I’ve sent multiple texts and my pharmacy has called multiple times as well as sending faxes for a transfer. As if emailing will change anything! What a joke.
I had a bit of a situation. My insurance did not establish a proper system with them and the pharmacy did not know how to troubleshoot it. Once everything is in place, the system works great. My pearls of wisdom for potential consumers: 1. The pharmacy is legit and I truly believe they do their best to make a patient happy. They keep open communication and work hard to earn your business. I have been dealing with pocket pills for almost a year. For the first months, the customer service was outstanding. Communication was helpful, timely and patient centered. I went on to their app to renew my prescription on June 1st. On their site, they say they will reach out to your provider if your prescription needs renewal. When I placed my order, it was to be delivered to me on June 11. I just happened to check the app on June 9 to check the status and they canceled it. I like the convenience of not having to wait months to see my family doctor. It's a very quick process to have your prescription approved. I would have given four or five stars, however, Pocket Pills could be quicker at responding to messages. My order was late so I texted twice and emailed once but didn't get a response to one of my messages. It was my mistake to try pocket pill. Honestly, I think it’s way more reliable to just go to a local pharmacy since the staff there usually answer during business hours. Sometimes, an independent pharmacist even sticks around for 10-15 minutes after closing to help you out. Not Pocket Pill, they won’t pick up calls, reply to emails, or texts in the last hour before their shift is done. If there’s any mix-up with dosage, they won’t call you to sort it out quickly.
