I have changed my review to 4 stars because of the prompt help and attention I received from Pocketpills in settling this charge. I have not changed it to 5 stars because the app still has auto renew pre-emptively checked off. This means it by default would contact your doctor, which depending on the setup at their office, can lead to changes. Signed up online for weight-loss. OZEMPIC was @ a good price, was asked a few questions and sent a prescription. First shot, made an error in the injection and broke needle. Sent to Nor-disk for problem solving. Told, not their issue. Sent back to P-Pills. Had problems with side effects after 1st shot nausea, fatigue, fever. Stayed in contact with P-pills, told me to get ahold of my "presciber". No accountability here. I have been using this company for a year, not once have they ever delivered my prescription when they said they would. I was assured repeatedly I'd get it today, I did and have not. Literally the worst service I’ve ever encountered. There is an issue every single time I fill my prescriptions with them. I’ve now waited 5 days for a delivery that was supposed to arrive and as of today, my medication is with an unreliable delivery service that they use and lost. This is medication. This service is meant to offer convenience but it offers the opposite. You’re better off going to fill your prescriptions yourself.
