Great product-great price This product was just as described. I had been buying them from my Pool Dealer but this is much cheaper and shipping is really fast!!
Sent Only 1, Instead of 5 I thought I was ordering 4 packages of 5 scrubbers each, for a total of 20. But instead I got only 4 individual scrubbers for almost $18. I checked my order site detail and wow, it did show a picture of one scrubber. However, I CLEARLY remember it was stated as a package of 5 scrubber each and it was in with other 5-scrubber websites. Hosed This kept getting sucked up against the Polaris unit's suction opening, causing the whole thing to come to a dead stop, .After the umpteenth time of pulling it out, I removed it and no more problems. I think this is unnecessary to stir up debris on the pool bottom; the tail does a good enough job without it.
Yep, it happened to me too! Order Confusion I thought that I had ordered a 5 pack of this item and only a single arrived. No packing receipt in the box to confirm. Since I am not the only one with this "mistake", I suspect that there is something wrong at the source.
