I use this as an all-purpose bag with my Polaris 280
Great fit, works with my Polaris 280. I recommend this product highly. It appears to be OEM, packaged in a sealed bag with Polaris logo and labeled “Original Factory Service Part.” I use this as an all-purpose bag. As a liner I insert a queen size knee high pantyhose that you can purchase for 50 cents for a package of two in a plastic “egg” at the largest drugstore chain. This combination does a better job of picking up silt than the all-purpose bag and this leaf bag holds up much better than the all-purpose bag to normal wear and tear. The finer mesh bags wear out too quickly and I was not happy spending so much on replacements. This heavy duty leaf bag will last much longer. It is also much easier to clean than the all-purpose bag, since I merely remove the knee high, empty and rinse it out and re-insert as long as it has not developed a hole. The all-purpose bag has pockets that collect silt that must be picked clean, and that is not an easy task. I do have to replace the knee high occasionally, but this costs me 25 cents.

it is still in great shape.
This makes a huge difference in my pool for the fall and spring when the trees around my pool shed their leaves. Holds so many more leaves than the regular bag. After one season, it is still in great shape.

Great to have around when the leaves get really bad
Great to have around when the leaves get really bad. The collection bag is much bigger and will grab more leaves before getting full as compared with the standard bag. This is only used during spring/fall when the pool bottom is filled with unwanted and decaying leaves and branches.
