From my 1st contact with the Pond Lehocky Giordano office I was impressed! Everyone of their staff has been extremely helpful. They are very good at returning my emails, providing help, or answering questions no matter what they are. They always prepared me for what next steps or process would be. I did get myself.A security took nine months not six like they said. I'm receiving half the amount of money that they said I would be getting. They were hard to get in touch with whenever I wanted to get information. When I did get In touch with them eventually They were helpful. Found attorney on internet called the number. They were easy to talk to. They listened. They were polite. They helped me out alot. The hardest part of this process was waiting for answer or approval. I appreciate what the attorney's did for me in 7 1/2 months to get me approved so fast.

So far the experience has been good. They educated me on the process when it comes to the state of Pennsylvania laws for workers compensation. They did everything that they stated they would do if my claim was denied. I know they have many cases so I have to be patient as they prepare for my case. The only thing that I see that can be improved is returning emails no matter how many you get from your client.
