My experience was a good one. I felt alone and defeated by my employer cause of the workman's comp system allows them to beat u up mentally and make u feel like you have no chance even when u are really hurt. Unfortunately I had to do all the follow ups myself! As the firm never did any of it! Do I feel it was worth the 25% of what I’m supposed to be getting? NO! Not when I had to do half the work of it all myself! Sad to say! I would look in to a different firm if I knew I was going to be the one doing half the warm to get answers on my case with the state and federal government side of things! Used them for workers comp and still really am not sure why other than to stop going to doctor's appointments all the time and I guess to keep the work insurance from saying I could go back when I couldn't. Did not get help for coverage for denied services that were needed and was not communicated they were not working on it like I thought they were. All they care about is their money. Thats what it’s all about. No personal touch at all. Communication is terrible. Always makes you feel like you’re taking up their time. They do not explain the process and do not care if you get blindsided with stuff. Just as long as they get their money. Won the settlement because it was a slam dunk.
