This service is garbage. I pay $145 per month for internet and requires me having a land-line. This service works better if you are 2 months late. But if you pay on time month after month, the service is slow and sometimes doesn't work. This service is almost as bad as Viasat. Ponderosa is better off selling to Xfinity, then it would be quality Internet for way better price. ITS AS BAD AS OLD SCHOOL DIAL UP.
***ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS*** Ponderosa Interrupted service for two days. Now they have downgraded everyone’s service to start offering upgraded (higher pricing) speeds. Grandfather’d customers should receive similar service as before. We hardly had any issues before but now our service sucks. This is not how you treat your loyal customers PONDEROSA.
Angelica was incredible. She got me signed up with a program that saves me $30 a month and got me better service. I now pay $10 less per month for better internet. Thank you so much Angelica and Ponderosa for helping me out.
Lisa was so helpful for me. Great customer service! I spoke to her about different packages since I had one of the most expensive from a few years ago. She told me about a package that was as fast and more reliable for less. Also she gave me valuable information about Star link too. She was great, especially when customer service is not valuable to many companies now and they end up automating everything. Thanks, Lisa!
I am impressed with the customer service I got from both the office and field staff. They got me hooked up in no time and I am glad to have a stable internet connection now. Cindy received and processed my order quickly. Bart and Shawn got me connected ahead of schedule at the house like a couple of pros. So far my internet works better than HughesNet by far. When I lived on the coast I used Spectrum and I feel like ponderosa's service is better too.
