My Internet service went down this afternoon and after I reported it to Ponderosa Customer Support, Steven Ramos called me back to work with me on identifying the problem and restoring my Internet connection. Within 27 minutes he had my Internet connection restored and I must say that, throughout the call he was patient and friendly while, at the same time, working very quickly and efficiently to get my Internet connection back up and running!. Kudos to you Steve!

BULL SPIT , AND THEY JUST KEEP ADDING MORE AND MORE PEOPLE AND IT JUST KEEPS WORKING WORSE AND WORSE. RIDICULOUS. LESS THAN I ABSOLUTELY DONT KNOW HOW YOU GUYS STAY IN BUSINESS!! NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST INTERNET EVER!!! YOU GUYS I DNT KNOW HOW YOU STAY IN BUSINESS! YOUR SERVICE IS THE SOUL SOURCE OF MY EVERYDAY FRUSTRATION. I CANT WORK REMOTELY BECAUSE IT PULLS LESS THAN 21mega bits not bites bits! Per second and doesn't even register as having an internet connection. No remote jobs no zoom connection and it goes out for hours and just doesn't work or plays for 12 seconds and then goes out for hours. Worst ABSOLUTELY the worst service ever!!! Negative stars!!!
