I’ve been using Pony Express to keep my work vehicle looking good and was impressed enough to add an account for my personal vehicle as well. When doing this Michelle listened to my concern about getting the sticker as low as possible so that it was not in my field of view when driving. She was super attentive and did a great job!
As an elder in the community, some things move so fast and require selections that I’m not sure I’m ready to select. I’ve been to other car washes but my experience with pony express truly made me feel at ease thanks to a young man called topper. He was so personable and caring to an elder. He took the time to help me and he selected the best wash cycle for me. I felt so comfortable in trusting him. I encourage all elders to rely on pony express with topper!

Amazing wash! Staff is always friendly and I love having the towels and air at the vacuums to dry/clean the inside of my car with. Plus the lights are fun!
This was only my second time at this wash and I was nervous since my car had sticky tree sap all over it that baked in the sun. I asked one of the employees, Topper, about it and he assured me it would come off. He even scrubbed it with a brush once over before I went through. My car is good as new!!! He was super patient with me and didn’t make me feel stupid despite all of my questions and concerns. Great location!!!
