Amazing wash! Staff is always friendly and I love having the towels and air at the vacuums to dry/clean the inside of my car with. Plus the lights are fun!
The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole process quick and easy. My car came out looking brand new—every inch was spotless. I can say that Adam is a great manager at the car wash because he really took the time to help me out. He listened to my concerns about my car and recommended the best services.
I go here multiple time a week and the staff is always so helpful and kind! I just have to leave a review about a young man who works for them named Daniel! He was fantastic. He was working alone the day I came in and he was running around doing multiple things all while making sure everyone was taken care of. He had a wonderful attitude and work ethic! This kid needs a raise and a promotion!
Nikki provided incredible service at Pony Express Car Wash! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer my questions made all the difference. It’s clear she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her excellent service!
Favorite car wash in town. Only complaint is I wish the tire shine actually shined my tires but it doesn’t quite reach my tires. Other than that great customer service. And top of the line cleaning.
