Fantastic car wash. An employee named Bryce was super helpful. I already had a membership for some time but he recommended coming by every week to really keep my car looking great. My car has never looked better. I absolutely recommend pony express.
As an elder in the community, some things move so fast and require selections that I’m not sure I’m ready to select. I’ve been to other car washes but my experience with pony express truly made me feel at ease thanks to a young man called topper. He was so personable and caring to an elder. He took the time to help me and he selected the best wash cycle for me. I felt so comfortable in trusting him. I encourage all elders to rely on pony express with topper!
I’ve been using Pony Express to keep my work vehicle looking good and was impressed enough to add an account for my personal vehicle as well. When doing this Michelle listened to my concern about getting the sticker as low as possible so that it was not in my field of view when driving. She was super attentive and did a great job!

Pony express car wash is Way better then tag n go which left residue all over my car and appeared to have hours that didn’t match what they advertise…And tidal wave stole my bank card when I paid and I didn’t catch it…when I noticed my card was missing, they gave it back but were not please to correct the charges…in the meantime time they charge multiple car washes on my card. I had to go to my bank, get a statement, and when I asked to speak to manager he told she was not there and I asked for a business card so I could co... read more
