The best wash around!! Absolutely love coming here and seeing the staff. Have an unlimited pass for all of my vehicles and it is well worth it to not feel bad about washing your car on a rainy day.
Out of all the locations, this is my favorite. The staff is always friendly and has a smile on their face, double checks to make sure the settings for my wash are correct (for some reason the system has switched it to touch less before when I don't want touch less, they always change it back), and this car wash thoroughly washes my car where some of the older location lack in power after being used for a few months. By far the best location to date.
Without doubt the best car wash I have ever used. Not only does it do a good job of cleaning the car, but service has been excellent! I needed to hold my accounts for a few months. Josh got that done in a couple of minutes. While he was checking my account he noticed that, as a result of my having started accounts in two locations, I had been double billed for several months -- and I had not noticed it on my card statements. This is an absolutely great location, the staff is very friendly and interactive. They were very helpful in explaining the packages they had going on, and helping me transfer it onto another car. The haunted car wash that they did on Halloween was great and it was a lot of fun to see. Overall, I’ve had a relatively good experience every single time I’ve came here.
I had visited the Blackfoot pony express car wash a few times now, and I have to tell you that the customer service there was great! The team was vey professional and my car looks amazing after my car wash. There was a guy name Zach I think and the other was Kia ( I think that is how it was spelled. she is short and Latina) and they both have had smiles on their faces and always seem happy to help all the customers. Any how if your looking for a good car wash, I would def. recommend these guys.
