Great car wash and friendly staff. I feel like the car wash location in Chubbuck gets a more consistently thorough wash than the Pocatello location though. In either case though, the washes are good, affordable, and well managed. The vacuums are excellent at both though! I love the higher power vacuums that can actually get your car floor clean, very nice.
Amazing Car Wash Experience! Pony Express Car Wash is easily the best in town. My car came out spotless, shiny, and smelling fresh — it looked brand new! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and smooth. I really like how well-maintained the vacuums and wash stations are, and the membership options make it a great deal. If you want your car looking its best every time, Pony Express is the place to go!
I’ve been patronizing since they opened their first location in Chubbuck. Always great customer service, friendly staff, and I’ve never had difficulties with getting refunds on anything from temporary suspending my account till the weather warms up to me just not wanting an account for a moment. Good local car wash. Pricing has stayed fair and they have plenty of locations. Service is good, wash experience is good. Can’t see why anyone would pay more to go with an out of town company.
Bryce was the attendant and he was more than helpful. We use Pony Express because of the great pricing and the ease of their Member Express fast pass. We live in a very rural community so dust and dirt accumulates on our vehicles all day long. Bryce helped us to set up a Member Express Fast Pass and the ease of zipping through the car wash each trip we make to town is way to easy and well worth the price!
