Great car wash and friendly staff. I feel like the car wash location in Chubbuck gets a more consistently thorough wash than the Pocatello location though. In either case though, the washes are good, affordable, and well managed. The vacuums are excellent at both though! I love the higher power vacuums that can actually get your car floor clean, very nice.
I’ve been patronizing since they opened their first location in Chubbuck. Always great customer service, friendly staff, and I’ve never had difficulties with getting refunds on anything from temporary suspending my account till the weather warms up to me just not wanting an account for a moment. Their customer service consistently blows me away. Whatever they’re doing, they should train other businesses of every kind to do it. We’ve been loyal to them for years and always miss their services when we’re out of town and need a car wash. A very well earned and deserved 5⭐️’s.
If the historic Pony Express riders had this kind of speed and shine, they’d have delivered mail and spotless horses. My car went in dusty, road-weary, and looking like it had survived a wild west chase… and came out sparkling like it was ready for a showdown at high noon. Ive got the triple crown subscription for both my truck and my wife's car black vehicles are a bear to keep looking nice but with pony its a breeze. my truck always looks its best, good products and care of the wash. great staff very friendly and helpful! 5 stars all day!!
