Best car wash west of the Mississippi!! Customer service is exceptional, the vacuums are powerful and my car is always squeaky clean after a car wash. Great tools and resources to use at each station as well. We love the summer promo they do as well & go to the car wash 2 times a week!!

Great wash, friendly staff! The back of my car doesn't always get the best clean but they will let you go through for free again if you need to. Their vacuums are great, they have hand towels and cleaning supplies for the inside of your vehicle as well. I have been to other locations and they are just as great.

This was my first visit to Pony Express in Pocatello and I wish I hadn’t waited so long to try them out! The sales attendant, Morginn, explained all of the different car wash options very thoroughly and clearly, and was so helpful! She did a fantastic job. The wash itself was awesome and took less than 5 minutes! It got my car squeaky clean and was able to get into places other car washes hadn’t. I came in for a regular car wash and Riley got me fixed up. She helped me sign up for the monthly plans where I save a lot of money. She was helpful answered my questions and was super nice! Pony express really is the best car wash in town!
