The wash vacuums, towels, pressurized air, etc., are all worth 4 or 5 stars. I am deducting stars because I am not a fan of employees pushing a monthly package every time I go there. I'm perfectly capable of using my card to buy a wash or package without having to tell someone no. That being said, employees are always pleasant.
Great car wash! My car always comes out clean. The vacuums are plentiful and powerful, and they provide rags for detailing. They have several locations, so I can pop in while I’m in between dropping kids off at activities on either end of town. The staff is always friendly. I love it!
$17 dollars later and there's still bird poo on the hood and fender. It's automatic, so I don't expect perfection, but I would have gotten the better results with a garden hose.
Pony Express has great vacuums and an awesome machine to wash your rubber car mats. I also love having the unlimited washes each month. There are two downside of Pony Express, they don’t have an employee who preps the vehicles windshield and front grill with a power washer which cleans ALL the bugs off the front. The second downside is that I have to finish drying my vehicle. Pro Clean takes.care of both the prep and the drying with actual employees who do a good job.
