I am a first time Pony Express customer and I just wanted to give a shout out to Ray. He was very polite and helpful at the kiosk. I will definitely be returning and sending the family over for a car wash! My car has never looked so clean! 👍
My favorite thing is a clean sparkling car! Love how smooth and easy Pony Express is. This makes me happy, just shifts my mood to quickly go through the car wash as much as I want
Great car wash! My car always comes out clean. The vacuums are plentiful and powerful, and they provide rags for detailing. They have several locations, so I can pop in while I’m in between dropping kids off at activities on either end of town. The staff is always friendly. I love it!

The wash vacuums, towels, pressurized air, etc., are all worth 4 or 5 stars. I am deducting stars because I am not a fan of employees pushing a monthly package every time I go there. I'm perfectly capable of using my card to buy a wash or package without having to tell someone no. That being said, employees are always pleasant.
