Pony Express has been one of the only car washes I will take the nice cars through. Even though it's not touchless, it doesn't deal will all of the baked on bugs and dirt after a hefty roadtrip. You will most likely end up with micro swirls, especially if it's a busy day. How ever that could be the case with any way you wash it. But sometimes you don't have the time to wash the car at home and touch less won't cut it, if that's your situation, go to pony. I love this place!! Always kind and courteous!!I can get in and out fast or take my time cleaning out my new car. I am proud of my car and this place lets it shine!!
Pony Express did a decent job washing our car. There were some bugs still left over on the windshield and front bumper of our car. At least all of the dirt was washed off. The vacuums were very strong compared to other car wash vacuums around the area. I also really enjoyed the towels you could use to wipe and dry off your car. There was no line so we were in and out quickly. This car wash was much needed especially for this part of town.
Love this place. Very convenient. Lots of road salt and pumice needs to get cleaned off the car often in the winter to help prevent erosion. Roughly $30/mo for unlimited washes. I use it a lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love supporting a local business.
Staff have been very courteous and friendly. The vacuums are amazing and get out all of my 3 dog’s hair. It would be helpful if the company gave a little more room between cars to prevent accidents. I would recommend a raise for all employees.
