Staff is friendly and my car came out dryer than other car washes so I didnt have to spend a rib I of time toweling it off after!
Car wash is great my car always looks better coming out than going in
Great car wash, but needs more creative towels. The mascots of a pony is nice, but a fox would be good.

Pony Express in ******** damaged the bottom lip from my bumper. I made a claim with them right away and they said they would review the footage. They denied the claim and said "my car was already damage" I saw the footage myself and there was no damage going into the car wash. I told them I felt the damage done at the end of the tunnel. I told them to show me the footage from the end of the tunnel and sure enough in the video you can see where my bumper is being torn.
I'm so disappointed in this company. I used to love going her but now your telling me the damages to my vehicle wasn't your fault, bull#hit I have proof that the dame was done by your rollers.I've taken great care of my car and trust me I'd know if those where on there before taking it I in just cause your camera couldn't see it doesn't mean ****, it was bright my car is shiny, I bet if it was a darker car you would of seen it but no just cause my car is light you didn't see the scratches. Been here lots since this location opened and loved it until I bought my new truck. I went threw a handful of times with it and all seemed good until my last time when I was placed extremely close to the vehicle in front of me. The equipment didnt have enough room to operate and heard something snap. Upon further inspection I noticed that it broke my license plate holder and there was hair line scratches in the paint job and pretty noticeable ones on the fender flares.
