My first time, was worried that I was going to get a phone call about a problem. All went well. My German Shepherd is not good with stairs so they brought her down in elevator. Staff is friendly and more important they show it with your dog.

All service were provide in a polite and professional manner. Our 2 yellow labs were happy and very well groomed. Very pleased.
