The Robinson location will sell you a pool, but you are on your own after that, we have gotten nothing but the run around for the installation (that we paid half down for) in April! We were promised late May early June installation for a pool we bought in March, and we are now going into July with no install date, no phone calls absolutely nothing. We are now looking into returning the pool that has sat in our driveway in boxes for 60 days, can’t wait to see how long that will take them to pick up & issue a return. I do no... read more
Atrocious customer service. We have been trying to call the store for 30 minutes and no one will answer (and they are open for another 2 1/2 hours...so the Washington store is open right now, it's just no one is answering). General customer service isn't open on the weekends because we called there too. Pool came with no instructions on assembly and it isn't branded so we can't look it up online.
I called looking to shop local , the gentleman was very, very short and rude , lacked customer service. Will shop elsewhere. They lost a $400 sale.
They were great when it came to selling us the pool but their installer keeps giving us a installation date then doesn’t show up . Been waiting about 2 1/2 months now and counting
