RecommendedWe purchased a jacuzzi hot tub from these folks. Tub is very nice & was affordable especially for how large it is. We have had issues with the LED lights going out, however after a little back and forth, the issues are getting resolved. There was a lack of communication, but that is resolved now and we greatly appreciate it. We have had a ton of fun in our jacuzzi so far and Lord willing, we will have many more memories made.
RecommendedI would recommend Pool City in Cranberry Twp, but would not recommend their installer contractor D&C Pool contractors. I would highly recommend not using D&C Pool Contracotrs to install a pool or a pool liner. Pool City uses them for liner replacements, but seriously need to consider other companies. Read other reviews on this company. (D&C Pool Contractors from Vandergrift PA) We had them replace our pool liner, which resulted in several issues. We purchased our new pool in March, as of today May 25th the pool has not been delivered or installation scheduled. We have already removed our old pool and obtained the building permit, now we wait. Our family is very disappointed that we will not be swimming on Memorial Day as we have for the past 22 years.
